I have never had an experience like this just to get a state inspection. I had taken 2 cars in for the inspection at the same time and after doing one of them they told me that the other one had failed. When i asked them why they had no answer then he proceeded to tell me that it is probably his equipment since it was saying that all the status was saying N/A. He told me that he ran it twice so he has to charge me and if i take it somewhere else and my passes i will be able to get a refund for it. I went to the Kwik Kar right across the street to get the inspection done and my car passed. While at kwik kar i had noticed that on my first car they had misspelled the brand name and put the milage in wrong. I had just bought it so i need to go to the dmv with it and all the paperwork clearly need to match. and then i also notice that the car that the failed they had entered it as the wrong model as well. so i went back to firestone to get a refund and get the information corrected. The corrected the information on the first one and then tell me that their manager is not available who is apparently the only one in the store who can process the refund. I have gone back or called at least once a week so far and had its been a whole month and a half, i have left my contact information each time to get a call back on how to resolve it but no one has contacted me so far. today when i called I found out their manager works about the same time I do which is why i will never be able to catch him for a refund. Seems like they are not set up to help out clients who have a normal work schedule.

I am uneasy about my experience today at Firestone. My issue was not the 3 hour wait as I’m a patient person and really don’t mind a mechanic taking their time on cars to ensure they’re properly maintained. This is the first time I’ve ever visited a Firestone for anything and I felt somewhat (I’m a woman so “somewhat” for obvious reasons) confident in a well-known company doing work on my car. My first issue arose when I got a call 20 minutes before my car was done informing me of what they found in their complimentary “courtesy check” up. I was told both my brake fluid and coolant were low, but I was specifically told (over the phone) my coolant was completely empty. I have a minor concern I have a leak in my radiator so the day before I actually filled up my coolant myself as it was empty. Although I was initially worried as I was being told my coolant was empty after just filling it up completely not 24 hours before this appointment; I declined to have the fluids exchanged, as almost $270 (total for both) seemed outrageous to me. After ending the call with Firestone, I received an email about 5 minutes later detailing their findings on my car. The only thing listed as needing attention was my washer fluid, which I found odd because, like I said not 24 hours before this appointment, I’d ALSO filled up my washer fluid. Not only that, but he didn’t mention my washer fluid being low (on the phone) and both the brake fluid and coolant were not listed as needing attention (in the email). I decided to just have a look for myself when I went to pick my car up and if I did really need any fluid topped off, I’d just do it myself or see my usual mechanic. I popped my hood after picking my car up only to discover that both my coolant and washer fluid were completely full, as I suspected (I did not check the brake fluid, I will going to my usual trusted mechanic this week to have that checked). I also have suspicions they didn’t re-weigh my tires like I'd specifically asked, but I’m not having any issue driving and honestly don’t feel comfortable going back. I try to be a nice, non-confrontational person as I feel that’s the most efficient and effective way to get what you need done, done. I called back a few hours after picking my car up and inquired why I was told my levels were low and empty when they were indeed not, I also questioned if they’d maybe topped me off anyway and didn’t charge me as I didn’t want to appear accusatory right off the bat. I was met with what seemed to be an excuse and was told that since my car has a higher mileage (82k) that that’s just something they “have” to recommend. All in all, my issue was not the wait, not the cost of things, but that I really feel my needs were not met and they'd tried to scam me. My sole purpose of leaving this review is to be honest about my experiences and warn others. It’s so frustrating to constantly need to second guess the services you’re paying good money for and it's bad business practice to not be honest with paying customers.

Switched to Firestone years ago and have convinced family members to switch as well. Help me understand how my granddaughter can arrive at the Corinth location before 11:00 am with a nail in her tire. (Purchased at Firestone less than 30 days ago). Willing to leave the vehicle all day in order to have the tire plugged. Only to receive a call minutes later saying that they will not be able to get to it until the next day. Unacceptable!

Excellent customer service. Service rep explained possible need for shims for my vehicle and explained the different parameters of alignment and what those issues would cause in the way of tire wear.

We came in having two blown out tires and waiting for my son's car to be towed. The manager was incredibly helpful, ordered new tires to be at the store within an hour and didn't try to upsell us anything, just took care of me and my son. Was very professional. We picked up the car the following morning and everyone was very helpful. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family, I have used Firestone for years, and will continue to do so!

Needed tires rotated & alignment checked. Call the store in Denton TX and was told they could do it. Got there, don’t go there, and they couldn’t do the work. I’m not from TX so needless to say I was not a happy camper.
Then I called this store in Corinth TX and was told yes he could take care of me. He rushed me right in. Rotated tires & fixed alignment.
The gentleman who took care of me was super nice and actually seemed to care about the customers. I will definitely go back when I need anything done. He went out of his way to get me done in as short of time as possible, especially since I couldn’t drop off as I was from out of town.
10 stars would be a better judgement of how I was treated. Enron, so may not be right, gets an A+ for his helpfulness. Thank you so much Sir

Arrived at 4:00 pm with a tire that was cut and down almost on the rim. Simply asked for help getting the spare tire put on. Would pay whatever the cost was. They close at 7:00 pm and said they could not help me. Suggested I leave it overnight or call a tow truck.

The customer service is terrible. I bought $2000 worth of tires from them but when i had a flat tire and wanted a rotation the service sucked I had made an appointment and the guy said it would be a long wait. I made arrangements to get picked up. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I came back. My truck was still up on a rack with one tire missing. I stood in the lobby for 10 mi and no one spoke to me at all. one guy was on the phone and should have acknowledged me and given me a continued time quote but he never spoke to me at all. I went back to my friends car and watched. Finally, i approached the guy working on my truck and asked him how long. he sent me to talk to another guy. When my truck drove out of the bay i went back in and the guy was putting lugnuts back on another car- he told me to wait while he finished. Nothing critical, just lug nuts. I told him i had a 4 oclock appt and i left for over 2 hours then had to wait again. he said someone had gone home on him. But If he would have just acknowledged me and not ignored me, i would have felt better about the service.

Worst customer service experience I've had. Initially, the guy told me couldn't jusy sell me a belt (understandable), but then said if I really needed it, he could do it.. (great) he then kept me waiting for a long time, and as soon as it was time to pull the trigger, he changed his tune back to "nope can't do it." terrible attitude as well. I also overheard him giving some pretty terrible advice to another customer on the phone about her tires. Stay away

Awful! Came to this firestone after being referred from another one. Had a single tire emergency after a pothole. The store i went to did not have the one I needed in stock. They called THIS store and the guy working here said they 100% for sure had it, his hands were on it as we spoke. Very carefully risked the drive out just for the same guy, i know because he told me he was the one on the phone, to tell me nope he does not have it but can order it and it'll be there in a few days. I only came this far out because he said he had it NOW! Now i'm going to have to get my car towed back. Would reccomend going anywhere else but here if you value your time and money.

ALL CUSTOMERS READ THIS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION..I have purchased a lifetime alignment package from this location. I was told that my tie rods would need to be replaced. I went down the road to another shop and got work done. I called to set up a appointment for a alignment and was told by Colton that due to the work wasn't done thru firestone it voids my warranty and it's in the policy some where. Not to shoot the messenger but his manager brycen would explain in more detail why! Told me I would have to buy another alignment package. I asked for corporate number and they couldn't get it for me. So I found it. Also these people are thieves. Nowhere in the policy does it state anything about if you don't use firestone for work it voids anything! Corporate told me this and also called another store on manager on brinker named josh verified that is was a lie and nothing like that would void warranty. SO PEOPLE DONT GET TAKEN BY THESE THIEVES AT THIS LOCATION! ONLY THING TO VOID ALIGNMENT WARRANTY IS IF A LIFT KIT OR YOU LOWER YOUR VEHICAL. I have used social media and neighborhood app to put this info out about this store. Please pay attention with dealing with this store. I have over 10k followers on my social media handle. So yup everyone is getting schooled about this location. Check everything. Something they like to say when you have a appointment and they can't keep there end is . IT'S LIKE A DOCTOR OFFICE YOU HAVE TO WAIT THERE. ME PERSONALLY IVE ONLY WAITED 5 TO 10 MINUTES TO SEE DOC. Good luck with dealing with this location.

These guys try to scam customers for extra $$. Other firestones are safe. Avoid these guys.
