I've been coming to this location since before COVID and have rarely, if ever been disappointed. I've used multiple stylists and all have been fantastic, knowledgeable, and rather polite.

Miss Toni was absolutely wonderful. Im not a very talkative person but we had a great convsation amd shared a few laughs. She is a very sweet lady and gave me one of the best high and tight fades ive ever had. Stylists like Miss Toni and the reason why ive used greatclips in corinth for 25 years. Thank you Miss Toni for the wonderful cut and outstanding service.

I am blown away how rude the one lady was to us. I brought in my 5 year old and the lady didn't say a word to her and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that we came in for a trim. If that's how you treat a CHILD because you are having a bad day, that is sad. She was also cold and rude to her coworker. So unprofessional. Took the high road and left a tip but wish I didn't.

This place is terrible visited in May and the younger girl is the one that helped not sure of her name. Asked for a 2 on the side and back of my kids head and asked her to Even cut the top and to leave it about an inch in length. She turned on the clippers and nipped at a few spots on the side of his head took the scissors and cut a few spots on his head. When she was done she turned him in his chair and smiled and said he was done. I felt like it was a child cutting my kids hair and they were looking for reassurance. The way this woman cut hair or lack of cutting hair showed me she couldn’t have ever been taught how to do since I could have done a better job. Everyone was shocked when I took him home and it looked like his hair hadn’t been touched. I know tell people to avoid this spot.

One of the worst place to visit
The people here are very rude and impatient. They are just doing their job just for the sake of it.
They didn’t even refer to the previous notes on the account and did the haircut
Worst service ever !! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Not fair to other stylist that may be good but STAY AWAY. The stylist, wish I had her name, BUTCHERED my grandsons hair. Front left of the salon. Big glasses, reddish hair. Not friendly and complaining about her coworkers not turning up the music so she could hear it. She says "listening to music will put me in a better mood". I should have taken that as a sign. I could just cry and wish I had the nerve to have spoken up. Also I had gone online for a coupon. I showed it to her and she said it was not right. I let her know I received it via email. She said she'd never seen it like that before and that I better hoped it worked! She keyed the code and it worked. No apology. Overall Just a very horrible experience.
