Do NOT use this location. I paid for the peace of mind and sent off what I owed to the IRS! IRS came back and my taxes were done wrong and I owed money. I called HNR Block and they refused to do the peace of mind that I paid extra for. I tried talking to 2 different people at this location. I should have went to corporate, like I was advise to, because my taxes were not calculated correctly and the peace of mind is/was a scam. It's extra money and they do not honor it if they fail to do your taxes properly. I just found out, that I could have filed a claim but they didn't make me aware of that when I called. Not TRUSTWORTHY at all! It's sad that people think they are using a reputable and trustworthy business. DO NOT use H&R Block for taxes.

I got a letter in the mail saying my taxes was filed wrong. But the year before they was done right so I did go back cuase it was easy to do cuase I work overnights but I don't recommend this location cuase my taxes was done wrong

He was great, but not up on state taxing in NC for a TX resident. I have researched and will call NC tomorrow to try and get an answer, but from research it appears that NC has taxing for nonresident former employees in place. I'm not a tax person, that's why I go to professionals. But he was good to me, so I will try to work it out.
