This location checked my battery said it was fine. I went to have my dad check it out and the battery was completely bad and smelt horrendous. This location also doesn't keep files here… I’ve bought a battery with them before and they have no record of it so I was unable to see warranty. They also didn’t date the battery or anything also so there was truly no way to check that. Tried calling personally to see and no one would answer. They seemed to answer just fine when it was another interstate location calling them. Very disappointed we’ve only ever bought batteries from interstate.

Came in for a replacement battery that was 4 years old (another interstate battery). Josh was super helpful in providing options for my vehicle. He helped me replace the battery and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks Josh, you’re a great guy and a hard worker!

Service is good they only have one person working. Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 min if there's a customer ahead of you.

I have a problem with a business that is supposed to open up at 8:30am, and he doesn't ever show up until PAST 9am! Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. This guy should be fired or lose his ability to represent interstate if he's the franchise owner.

After class, my car would not start. I was parked on a street that’s not on campus, which campus police does not service. Officer still came out & immediately knew it was my battery. He noticed it was purchased from Interstate Batteries & suggested I call them. I did. Zach answered the phone- told him my situation cliff not version; he confirmed they had one battery left & they closed at 6:30pm. And that they don’t roadside/delivery - which was fine. I called my insurance roadside service and it was a 40 minute wait; luckily a fellow resident was passing by, gave me a jump. I high tailed it to IB’s. Called Zach to get directions (never been to Corinth) to let him know I was On my way!, he said you are good we stop service at 6:20pm., and you should make it. I did. I called Zach from outside, he saw me and came out; he checked my battery, confirmed it was dead & it was still under warranty. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes. No charge. I offered to tip him, and he said I was good; he refused it. I was persistent; he refused.He assured me that it was all me that did all the “work” and all he did was replace the battery.Zach thank you for being helpful, patient and teaching me about Corinth. I’ll be back.

Interstate store $170.00 Costco $107.So, I go into that store at 3:50 yesterday , not realizing that it closed at 4:00. I told the young man at the counter I needed a battery for my vehicle. He looked annoyed and found me a battery on the shelf that was $164.00. I asked him to install it for me, because I had a dead battery on my car in the parking lot.( I had left it running just in case"). He told me "No, We close at 4:00. I asked him again to give me hand, He flatly told me "No." I looked at him and the price on the battery and told him to forget it and that I was going to Costco, which I knew was cheaper. As I walked out the door I told him that his was really lousy customer service. He said. "Sorry" I shot back back "No you'r not." to which he replied , "Your right.". The exact same Costco battery was$ 107.00 .

I have a battery for my RV less than 6 months old. It bloated and doesn’t hold a charge. They would not warranty it saying that it didn’t fail any of the tests. It doesn’t matter. It’s visually bad and doesn’t hold a charge. All they need to do is warranty it. I would not recommend this store at all.It doesn’t take super powers to tell if it’s bad or not. The kid that says he’s the manager is not a manager. A good manager would’ve tried to help. He tried to sell me another battery because I didn’t have time to wait. I’m leaving tomorrow and needed it today. Walmart has better customer service and batteries.

Couldn't be happier with the service at this Interstate All Battery Center! Grayson was a tremendous amount of help when I came in for a battery check. After my battery tested bad, he presented me with options/comparisons and installed my new battery with finesse! Thank you Grayson!
