This place has terrible customer service in the service department! No one calls back or answers the phones. Not even the manager. Do yourself a favor and dont buy used or new from here.

I would do a zero if I could. live in Lucas, Tx 80 year old Vietnam Vet. called about a Sentra on Friday afternoon, Toni the internet manager told me they would save the car I selected. Call Saturday morning and Taylor a manager said he had the keys and was waiting for us. We arrived an hour later and found they were selling the car to another party. Below is the text I received from Hi Ray, my name is Tori and I am here with Four Stars Nissan of Denton. I see that you are interested in the Nissan Sentra, is that accurate? Reply STOP anytime to endHi Ray, thank you for taking the time to talk with me this afternoon, I promise we will confirm that the exact car that you inquired in on is here and available before you drive out here tomorrow morning. Here is the link to the car that was submitted when I received your information. elead.us/go/H3Jg7FLKJU-9…The manager said he did not say he would save it for me without a deposit. Neither one said I needed a deposit. I wasted my Saturday and did not ever get an apology for their mistake. This is the main problem with our country, no one cares about anything but money and screwing their fellow man.

Made an appointment for a recall and when I got there the techs wanted 3.5 hours to install software. The service advisor actually said they usually quote 1 day to do a recall. 2 stars because he parked my car by the charger when I said I dont want to wait 3.5 hours for a 1 hour job.

Came in with a friend awhile back to go car shopping. Dealership would not budge at all on price. Strange. Told us they were a "no haggle" dealership. Well the only one who gets screwed in a no haggle environment is the customer. Ended up going to Echo Park in Grand Prairie and got the same year make model with similar mileage for the price we were trying to pay at Gunn. Don't bother coming here, they will not work with you at all.

My son found a used car last Saturday at Gunn. To bring down the interest rate, I agreed to co-sign the loan with him. I live in New Jersey. Gunn proudly requires in-person ink signatures, so there was no way that my son was going to be able to drive home with the car. Gunn fedexed paperwork, which I received Tuesday. I had to leave work, get paperwork notarized and fedex it back. My son was finally able to drive it home Wednesday. That should have been the end of the story. Friday, Gunn called him and asked him to bring the car back to the dealership--WHERE THEY TOOK IT AWAY FROM HIM because they didn't actually send me all the paperwork, they sent me apparently everything "but the most important one." They fully intended to leave him stranded with no transportation, but I was insistent they do something to make it right. In the end, they rented him a car for their employee rate. He's 22, so renting a car would not have been possible any other way. They said they were fedexing the "most important paper" for Saturday delivery, but it still hasn't arrived. I won't be able to get a notary on a Sunday. So I must take time off work Monday, and FedEx it back. The paperwork won't get back there until at least Tuesday. Personally, I believe Gunn should have paid for the rental car because this was THEIR mistake. Because besides the cost of the car, this car has cost hundreds of extra dollars in UBERS, time off work, and now the rental car. I would NEVER buy another car from this dealership. This is the most difficult car transaction I have EVER had in my entire life.No photos because the car is not in our possession...

We recently purchased a Nissan Leaf at Gunn Nissan in Denton. The whole staff was friendly, and we were especially pleased with our sales person Kevin Adams. Kevin was knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We never felt pressured, and the whole experience was easy. We would definitely recommend Gunn Nissan and ask for Kevin!

Awesome...awesome...awesome customer service! Jamie is the best!! My Murano was recently totaled in an car accident. I sent my college son to help find me another one as I lived an hour away in DFW. Not only did Jamie take the time to talk to my son, he answered all of my questions via text. I was then able to get to the dealership that evening and drive away with my new Murano! The entire process was awesome. Jamie was honest and helped me to get to where I wanted to be. Mr. Ryan in finance was great as well. I have found a new Nissan dealership in which I hope to be a lifetime customer! Thank you Jamie!!!

I take my vehicle regularly for an oil change and their service is always great. I’ve never had any issues even if I walk in with no appointment the service department always makes me feel welcomed.

Shout out to this dealership for providing a free EV charger. I was traveling through recently and this charger was a lifesaver when I couldn't find another fast charger. Great service and wanted to leave a quick review of these good people!

I had a package deal done there last year. They forgot my alignment. Since I had left to drive across the country the next day I had to stop and pay for it again. The service advisor on a call told me he made notes and next time I needed the service it will be performed. Today I called needing it. As an alignment isn't something you need weekly it's a year later. I called thinking it would be an easy scheduling. But no. It was argumentative and dismissed. And while he admitted I paid for a $1500 package they failed to note the alignment, which was part of the advertised service I paid for, but since the service advisor didn't put it on a line item on the order he would not honor it. Again even though it was listed as part of the service package i paid for. I will never return and make sure everyone I know understands the combative nature they took over a promised service they failed to do. A small part of a huge service and they refuse to honor their agreement....Do not go here. Find another Nissan dealer!I will update this after my bad review they offered to Honnor their deal. Unfortunately by then I'd already gone somewhere else and had it done. As spending days deciding weather or not to make something right which will effect the wear on my tires made no sense. So I immediately had it done after they said no
