Abrielle is a terrible leasing agent. She is no help and terrible at her job. This property is filthy and a big disappointment.

Since August 2019, we've been part of Oxford at Lakeview, witnessing its transformation with new management. The dedicated maintenance team and the manager's commitment significantly enhanced our living experience. As we prepare to move on in the coming months, we reflect on the positive changes and the friendly, cooperative staff that made our stay memorable. We recommend this community for its dedication to a well-maintained and welcoming living environment.

We had some initial issues with the property, but after the management and staff were replaced, the property turned around quickly. The maintenance team is excellent, and the new manager takes care of the property as if it were her own. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. We are looking forward to renewing our lease when it expires

I love this community! I’ve been here for over a year now, and the new staff is awesome!Abrielle, Haley, and Shannon are taking great strides to make improvements in our community. I’ve seen the effort and care they’ve put into the place! They’re quick at answering the phones and with questions I have had.I also love the response time from our maintenance here. We had an issue with our sink, and they answered right away. They were there the next day and were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the hard work they are doing for us and the community!

Run! Far Away! As Fast As You Can! This dump is the definition of "Lipstick On A Pig." The complex looks good from the street. But, most of the grassy areas are filled with dog feces because the management team doesn't enforce their own rules about residents cleaning up after their dogs. The parking lot gates rarely work. The entry gates that people can walk through are NEVER locked, so any criminal in town can just walk right into any building in the complex. The hallways in the buildings are "open air." So, they are hot in the summer, cold in the winter and ALWAYS dirty. The elevators are usually dirty. Some disgusting residents allow their dogs to urinate in the elevators without cleaning it up (especially in building 4). The walls are thin enough to hear conversations in other apartments. It is not a big deal, as long as you enjoy listening to your neighbor's TV or stereo. If you decide to move here, insist on a top floor apartment. Otherwise, you will hear every footstep, slamming door and every other noise coming from the apartment above you. Maintenance is a joke. They never really fix anything, but they have an endless number of excuses for their incompetence. The management office staff is constantly changing, so they don't care about the complex at all. When the complex was new, it was a decent place to live. But, over the last 2 years, the influx of low-class tenants and a staff that doesn't care about maintaining the property has turned this place into a terrible place to come home to. Sign a lease at your own risk. You have been warned...

Staff has been phenomenal since I moved in recently. Very quiet neighborhood and absolutely have loved my experience at the Oxford at Lakeview so far.

I renewed my lease for another year before the change in management. I wish I hadn't. I literally feel so mistreated, left aside, and disrespected by the new team... In the month or two they have been here they've mastered the art of pissing residents off.It is clear as day that they are here simply to clock in hours and wait for their paycheck. The lack of care and interest in helping residents even with simple requests leaves me speechless. They do not want to hear your questions, comments, or concerns. They do not care. Both Hailey and Shannon are going to be the downfall of this place.

Don't expect them to be of any help with packages getting delivered. They might take your package to the office even though they "can't accept packages", and when you ask for it they'll say it's not there. No communication whatsoever.

Updating yet again. AUGUST 2023. I have now lived here 3 years. It's currently 10pm and there's a party out by pool (after hours but that doesn't matter). I have not had my apartment air filters changed in the 3 years I've been here. I had to fix my dryer vent myself - it came unattached from the back of my dryer and was venting into my washer / dryer closet. My toilet goes in cycles of clogging for no reason (seems plumbing in the floors below me gets backed up during summer for whatever reason). I finally figured out how to move out of this place. If you're a renter you know how challenging it is to find a place at the exact time your lease is up in this state. Trying to avoid early termination of a lease is nearly impossible unless you don't mind being homeless while you transition! I gave the proper 60 day notice. My rent has always been paid. I've called maintenance less than 5 times. I've saved them 3 years of leasing my apartment, carpet change, repainting. They've raised my rent w every new lease I've signed but what have I received in return??? ZERO. So I called Oxford Enterprises 8411 Preston rd in Dallas (future residents you'll thank me for knowing the owners office location). I wanted to have a nice conversation about the fact that I've paid my rent for 3 years. I've barely required any work or audio assistance/time/ materials from them this entire time. And maybe they could work with me on the astronomical Re-letting fee I'm Being charged because I gave a 60 day notice (as in $3300!!). Why is my 60 day notice now any different than the 60 day notice I'd be giving December 24th (which would have been 60 days before my current lease ends)? What would they do differently then vs now? They would still have to find a renter. They'd still have to repaint. Do any minor touch ups. This 60 days is no different than that 60 days notice. I'm certain my nice corner balcony apartment will go fast. So I talked to the gate-keeper at Oxford Enterprises, Ms Brittney. She had the nerve to tell me that amenities weren't part of my lease contract. That the fact that the gates haven't been locked here all at the same time for the ENTIRE 3 years I've lived here doesn't matter in regards to my lease and what I'm paying for. It's a financial contract. And they TRY to fix issues when brought to management but the lease agreement is unrelated to them having to hold up their end of the amenities promised. So basically folks ... you have to pay regardless. But if they don't take the trash from the dumpster and it becomes a heaping pile of disgustingness. Or if the gates are unlocked 24/7 and every single human on the planet can walk in and use the facility at their leisure. And even though I can expect nothing from them I get chastised for putting my trash outside my door next to the tiny garbage can we're supposed to fit a full trash bag back into for two hours until the trash service comes and picks it up. How about I fine you $25 for every time the gates aren't all closed at the same time ... and there's your $3300 re-letting fee! In fact, if I could fine them $25 for not complying w the gates being locked daily, I'd be doing alright! That'd be $27,375 in my pocket. ... they can dish it but they can't take it here. So DO NOT RENT HERE!! You'll be sorry you tried it here if you move here. Manager (if there is even one) is completely unresponsive. (Front desk person is usually nice and sweet but they don't stick around because their hands are tied by rude upper management.) Threats on how you're supposed to abide are constant. Yet they do nothing about lease violators. And they charge for LUXURY amenities which clearly they don't care to uphold or maintain. DO NOT RENT HERE. I REPEAT ... DO NOT RENT HERE. EVER. CLIENTELE HAS GONE DOWN. QUALIT HAS GONE DOWN. CLEANLINESS HAS DECLINED SIGNIFICANTLY. THIS PROPERTY IS DOOMED TO FAILURE BECAUSE IT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT I

Key is quick and knowledgeable! He got a fan fixed in my apartments that has not been work for almost a year because previous maintenance claim they needed a “part” etc. It never got fixed. He came in did some wiring or something and boom! Fan fixed just like that. He don’t procrastinate and will get the job done. At least 3 other issues that was a problem and he fixed it in no time.
