Point bank in Corinth has the most rude customers services.... I don't know if he was the manager or just a regular employee because he didn't know what he was doing..I lost my wallet with all my belongings I when to the bank to report a fraud because apparently someone was using my card.. I guess he thought I didn't speak English because he call someone saying I have a customer here that don't even speak English with no valid I'd...he was so rude and racist... I'm just waiting to get all my money back so I can cancel my bank account... Don't come to this location they make you wait for a long time.... rude rude rude

I really enjoy banking at the Corinth Branch. The manager Adrian has helped me out so much with my business. Everyone at this branch is really friendly, last week I arrived right when they were getting ready to close and they helped me out. I prefer working with a smaller bank.

I've been with this bank 15 years! Always have had great service. Friendly teller and Adrian the brand manager has been more then accommodating when I had some disputes. I refer everyone to use PointBank!

Worst Bank in Denton county by far. There are a few good people in this bank but for the post part it's horrible customer service and the loan department has no clue! what they are doing. If you have customers issues or loan department issues.... You can kiss any chance what so ever of getting it fixed good bye. The bank managers won't even call you back! or they will keep telling you that they are working on it when if fact they are doing nothing!!!Do not trust this bank! they are liars and thieves.

This particular branch also has excellent service, in addition to the Flower Mound branch I normally visit. On a recent trip I stopped by, not realizing that we were getting close to their closing time of 4 o'clock. It was a couple minutes after four but she opened the door and let us in. One rep upfront helped us with a couple of needs and then I went back to the teller to have a few checks printed on the spot. Both employees were super nice and helpful. And I really appreciate that they still served us with a smile even though they were getting ready for their day to be over! I had my daughter with me and it was great to get good service. We have an account for our nonprofit with them and they are affordable and they are great to work with!

Worst Bank in Denton county by far. There are a few good people in this bank but for the post part it's horrible customer service and the loan department has no clue! what they are doing. Sent my 14 year old up there to cash in his change and exchange small bills for large ones. He had already counted the money and knew exactly how much he should have had. The teller came back with his money and he noticed he was missing a $20. He argued with the lady teller and the manager came out. The manager asked her to make sure and said "what are you going to do if this kid is right" . Well it ended up he was right and she gave him a twenty. This is very concerning to me as she was either trying to take advantage of a child or couldn't count. In either situation she should not be working at a bank. I decided to call the bank and confront the manager to see their side of the story. The manager said oh it was an honest mistake and she recounted her drawer. There should be no honest mistakes when someone is handling someone's money. I would recommend staying far away from this bank. Also as the other reviews show the ATM is almost aways broke or doesn't work properly.

This is truly a people's bank! I have banked here since 2002 and honestly will never bank anywhere else. They have my business and personal accounts and always go above in customer service. I have met many staff throughout the years and they are all so friendly! I highly recommend banking here if you want to be treated like a person and not a number!
