I have lived in an apartment at Tower Ridge for 3 yrs and can attest to the wonderful, caring people that live in the community. The property manager, Nelly, makes sure the property is well maintained and does everything she can to fulfill the needs of her tenants. Frank and his maintenance staff are right on top of completing work orders quickly and effectively. In our lease it states there is no loitering or soliciting allowed in the property, which makes for a safe community for all living there. The beautiful playground/park within walking distance allows for kids to play safely without disturbing residents. All in all it’s a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.

We love living here. Have been here for 11 years now. Sandy and Nelly are fantastic. It’s very simple. Follow the terms of your lease agreement, and your term here will be smooth sailing. :)

These apartments have been the worst! I have tried time and time again to work things out with Nelly. Sandy is God aweful and super judgmental. They refuse to allow children to play outside even though it's illegal to do. The little park they want the kids to play at is run down and has caused bruises and scrapes on my son. No way we will continue to go there with how rusty it is. Not to mention it's for toddlers. And my boys are much older. There is a neighbor who likes to chase the kids and scream profanities at them. The office won't do anything about her. The only good thing that can be said about these apartments is the maintenance guys are awesome. If you can afford to go elsewhere I would advise you do so. Otherwise get ready. Funny how the last time I looked at the reviews for this place there were soo many negative and now magically they have vanished. Hope the new owners taking over soon are able to get the office under control.

Rude B**** approached my Husband and I with our Kid indefinitely asking if we had a mask to put on. I lost interest the moment she spoke to us and did not want to view floor plans. My husband said he felt like she was judging off the bat. If I didn't take my CBD it would have went way left, how she was speaking to us was un called for. I'm reporting her. I hope you're reading this.

I have lived here since 2018, Nelly and all of Tower Ridge staff have been amazing. All my years of living here they have shown nothing but care and kindness towards all their residents. Any maintenance request is taken care immediately, all apartments kept clean and taken care of with pride in their establishment. This is such a family oriented and SAFE place to live.

Recently made veteran and while looking for a place they helped me. Have good apartments ready to move in. The staff was extremely nice and intelligent. Nelly worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of and happy to live here.

I was told that I would be required to come up with $518 to simply apply. I currently live in a luxury apartment in Frisco and there was none of that nonsense. And old apartments charging exorbitant fees before even moving in is a very red flag.

This is my second year trying to reside at this location. Not quite understand the waiting list process. Either you have one coming up soon or you do not have one coming up soon especially when one's lease is about to end. Oh my the wait game do I stay where I am or do I wait for them. The school is just across the street for my babies the area is nice and my drive to work is not too bad oh my wait game

Everytime I walk in they force me to wear a mask even though they don't have one on neither do maintenance . I think they are just discriminating against me. I see normal residents walk in without a mask and not get told anything. The cdc says we don't have to wear them anymore.

I've been living at Tower Ridge almost two years now. Complex is very safe, grounds are always kept clean. Maintenance is quick to fix any issue on my apartment and always very nice and professional. Office staff and management have always being very helpful when I needed help.
