She asked me questions and treated Mia as if she was her own dog. Christina was fabulous and welcomed Mia with open arms. She even printed information for me to read more on about Mia’s condition that she has. Overall this was a wonderful experience that I have not had before and highly recommend the both of them. Our vet gave one of our dogs his yearly shots and he had a allergic reaction and wasn't available to straighten him out.One call to town and country and they said bring him in. “We bought a house in large part to have dogs. The house we bought was just down the street from Lewisville North Animal Clinic. But, before we went I asked all my neighbors, that had animals, who they used. ALL used them. And not just because they were literally within walking distance. I wish my physician and dentist were as on the spot about answering calls and making appointments!!!!! I get so angry when a call goes immediately to answering devices, only to be called WHO KNOWS WHEN. Not here. The friendliness of the staff, and vets contribute to a relaxed visit. The last of Feb our dog NYX figured out how to open the front door and took off down the road where he was hit by a car. I really thought we might have to end his life but the Vets there helped by making his operation affordable to us and did what they could to repair his fractured bone and lacerations. Our multiple visits since to check on the progress has only enforced how wonderful these folks are and how MUCH they truly care for your animals. I think Nyx knows as well. Our first visit, before the accident, I had to drag him in. He did NOT like the smell of a Vet office. Now he cannot wait to go in. The same with our other dog Ishtar. She must be restrained with effort to keep her from wanting to go in the office and greet them all. Nyx is almost out of his splint and we are thankful every day for not only the great work done, the time given for explanations of what it being done, how to help with his healing, the affordability for the treatment, and how well they treat our beloved dogs. I do not know how it could be better.”

“I love taking all 4 of my pets to see Dr. Mark. All the staff are friendly and gentle with my cats and dogs. Dr. Mark did not give up when my cat had diarrhea for 10 months. He gave us different suggestions that we tried until we finally solved the problem. I don’t know how they compare in cost to other places but prices seem reasonable.”

“Incredibly convenient and professional. A great alternative to going to a vet. They even called us and said to come in whenever since they had multiple cancelations. About 4 people did show up when we arrived, and they were able to see us all despite the fact that the clinic had officially closed for the day. They were amazing in dealing with our less than cooperative dog and were able to get him caught up on everything he needed. “Took my cat (who hadn’t gotten her shots in a while) to see Dr. Galat today, he and the technician Mandy were amazing with my fur baby. Giving her treats and letting her hide under a towel while she got her vaccines as she is a very nervous cat around new environments. Some vets usually use the same vaccines for cats as they use for dogs but they let me know they use vaccines specifically for cats which was a big relief for me! I was nervous to go as I’ve never been here before but as soon as I met the doctor and technician I was instantly comfortable with them taking care of my cat. They as well gave me recommendations for any concerns I had! 10/10 would recommend!!”
