First. There are two David's working in the Pharmacy dept. Im talking about the Pharmacy assistance David. Not the Pharmacist. I have spoken with David several times. The Pharmacist even told me he would speak to him, that was about 3 months ago. He was just right out rude. Fast forward to today.June 18th. I called this morning, asked had they received meds , that were ordered Friday. David told me, i needed Authorization, and he sent it back to my Doctors. I called my PCP they said they had nott received anything. Than i called my insurance company. Between those calls, a couple of hours went by. I than called my PCP bk,she stated to me she was still waiting for a dax from Walgreens. Come to find out David sent nothing imHe flat out lied. Mi called back, when i asked him. Why dud you tell me hours ago u sent what they needed. He got quite. I said ehy did yiu lie. He stated. I need to get updated fax number. Had i not did leg work. My Doctor would not have what i need. David is rude and a lier. I also but in a complaint threw Walgreens 1800 number. Let me add, how rude the Pharmacist and his assistant David. I called the young said, she would fill two prescription for me, one pill form it was already, ready for pick up. 2nd a hand ointment she said she would fill. When i got, there the hand wasnt filled, j asked why, young lady just told me she would fill, Davidthe assistant walkes over rudley, smart mouth, i asked him why it wasnt filled. He got pissed from my question , i gave additude bk to him.Than the Pharmacist walkes over, rude. Do you want it fill. I asked him, why was told to me it filled. It pissed him off, like to say, im the main man. Im like dont care. Just ssy you were wrong. You dint fill it. Why DO YOU THINK THEY HAVE A 3 STAR.

The pharmacy associates leave a lot to be desired. They seem to be completely carefree. It is clear this company has downsized and slashed salaries. The customer service is nonexistent.

I had my Mom pick up libre 3 patches for me using my express pay. Card is linked to my account. The person checking her out told us the transaction could not be processed. My Mom paid for my patches with her own money. She called me told me my card declined. I called the bank the banker told me no transactions had tried to come thru. My Mom went back to Walgreens told the staff in a raised voice to refund the patches. It turned out that the lady who checked her out gave her somebody's medication.. My Mom told the lady 3 times when my birthday was and my name and address. The pharmacist took over. We are not happy by what happened and will start going to another location. This could be dangerous or life threatening if someone took meds that weren't prescribed to them. Luckily my Mom was paying attention to what was going. Nobody apologized to her either. It's very dangerous what this pharmacy did yesterday. Also, they say they are filling meds and come back in 30 min. We come back and they tell us that they ran out of that medication and nobody gives me a call to let me know. End up wasting gas to find out it is out of stock.

My daughter’s doctor prescribed an antibiotic. I was unaware they originally sent it to the pharmacy I n pill format, but at my wife’s request revised it to a liquid. I went to pick up the prescription and they gave me the pill form in the original order. When my wife noticed she returned and they made her pay to get the updated prescription. They knew they messed but blamed me since I took the order. I’m sorry that I assumed you got the prescription form correct. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order at the photo department for some holiday gifts. They were supposed to be ready same day, but unfortunately due to circumstances out of their control I was notified when placing my order that it would be delayed. Totally understandable as things happen. However, Porsche reached out to me the following day to let me know my order was ready. I appreciate them being proactive with getting the issue resolved and reaching out to let me know my order was ready earlier than expected. All the associates here have always been kind and helpful. Very thankful for my amazing Walgreens store!

Sooooo unprofessional. Customer service after covid has proven to be random low energy, impatient people. Seriously.

They’re nice in person, but pretty brutal over the phone. I don’t blame them, i would hate people calling me to ask questions as well.

I would say be kind to people because you never know what people are going through, but the staff had knowledge that I am taking care of a young child with the flu obviously because that’s why we picked up medicine from them today. There was nothing on the bag, her dad who never deals with the pick up stuff didn’t notice that instructions were not stapled on the bag as per usual but I noticed it right away when he brought it inside. I needed instructions on how to use the medication as it something we’ve never used before. I called them was on hold for 10 minutes not a big deal but was met with a lot of attitude and literally interrupting me every time I open my mouth to explain that they made a mistake and did not put the instructions on the bag there is no staple where it should be there’s nothing. I don’t need you to feel empathy for me as a parent taking care of a sick child but as a grown adult you can have some respect as to understand that mistakes can be made on either side of things and not cut people off while they are literally trying to explain and ask questions about the medication. Because at first she was not answering my questions she was just directing me to the piece of paper that was supposed to be on the bag. When I try to explain it wasn’t, she cut me off to say it’s always going to be on the bag it’s how we print them blah blah blah I tried to explain well there was a mistake because there is nothing not even staples or holes that staples would’ve been out on this bag and she cuts me off again and says well do you just need to write it down somewhere ? No apology for their mistake. Not even acknowledgment because obviously I’m just some idiot who can’t look at a paper bag correctly lol. Anyway that was annoying.

The pharmacy has “new management” and this one star review it to reflect this. After requesting a manager for a concern about a medication, the very unpleasant and arrogant gentleman pharmacist told me he was the manager, and that I could contact the “DEA” with my concern. I’m no MacGyver, but I am pretty sure that’s not the next point of contact. There is a local community pharmacy we’ve used once before for a medication Walgreens was out of (they have a rating if 4.9 AND answer the phone). We will no longer use Walgreens.

This Walgreens is the slowest, most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. They’re always “short staffed, running behind” blah blah blah. It’s the same excuse every time. Their pharmacy techs are rude and not helpful. My son’s prescription said “order ready at 11:28” in the Walgreens app, I show up 15 minutes before and tell the pharmacy tech I don’t mind waiting. She then tells me not to wait because it’s going to be hours, probably by the end of the day before his prescription is ready. What’s the point of having the app if it’s always wrong? We have to use Walgreens due to insurance, and I’m so tempted to pay out of pocket just to use a different pharmacy. Walgreens in Corinth, GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!
