My daughter’s doctor prescribed an antibiotic. I was unaware they originally sent it to the pharmacy I n pill format, but at my wife’s request revised it to a liquid. I went to pick up the prescription and they gave me the pill form in the original order. When my wife noticed she returned and they made her pay to get the updated prescription. They knew they messed but blamed me since I took the order. I’m sorry that I assumed you got the prescription form correct. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order at the photo department for some holiday gifts. They were supposed to be ready same day, but unfortunately due to circumstances out of their control I was notified when placing my order that it would be delayed. Totally understandable as things happen. However, Porsche reached out to me the following day to let me know my order was ready. I appreciate them being proactive with getting the issue resolved and reaching out to let me know my order was ready earlier than expected. All the associates here have always been kind and helpful. Very thankful for my amazing Walgreens store!

The pharmacy has “new management” and this one star review it to reflect this. After requesting a manager for a concern about a medication, the very unpleasant and arrogant gentleman pharmacist told me he was the manager, and that I could contact the “DEA” with my concern. I’m no MacGyver, but I am pretty sure that’s not the next point of contact. There is a local community pharmacy we’ve used once before for a medication Walgreens was out of (they have a rating if 4.9 AND answer the phone). We will no longer use Walgreens.

This Walgreens is the slowest, most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. They’re always “short staffed, running behind” blah blah blah. It’s the same excuse every time. Their pharmacy techs are rude and not helpful. My son’s prescription said “order ready at 11:28” in the Walgreens app, I show up 15 minutes before and tell the pharmacy tech I don’t mind waiting. She then tells me not to wait because it’s going to be hours, probably by the end of the day before his prescription is ready. What’s the point of having the app if it’s always wrong? We have to use Walgreens due to insurance, and I’m so tempted to pay out of pocket just to use a different pharmacy. Walgreens in Corinth, GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I had issues with reps placing me on hold as soon as I call into correct an issue with insurance. Then for the dialer to put me back into the phone queue to be placed back on hold by the rep. Horrible customer service! You get an F!

Very bad attitude. Im trying to reach the staff to ask them for a medication Walmart doesn’t have it. They put me on hold for 30 mins and when someone at the phone in two seconds he’s “please stay on hold” I couldn’t tell him walmart will close and I won’t have time to transfer the prescription. If you are overwhelmed hire more staff. Someone should watch these corporations and the service they provide, it just cant be like that

NACole is by far the best pharmacist in the entire world. She has helped me so much I cannot even begin to explain. I called every single pharmacy in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and I drove 45 minutes to this location. I highly highly recommend. Walgreens office please read this review and give this woman a huge raise. She deserves it.

Pharmacy sucks!! Refilled script for my mom on phone only to wait on hold for 20minutes met with someone answering phone and then putting on hold again several times. Not even a we are busy right now could you hold for a moment. Just answer went immediately to put on hold again. So fing rude!!!! I don’t mind holding but at least say tf something! Walmart and Albertsons much better service there. They are always very nice there to me and my family and respectful of others time! I tried to call manager of store to let him know what had happened cuz I don’t like to do bad reviews but I was met only to be picked up by front counter when I called back up there and cut off by him and sent again right to pharmacy where I already was on hold for 20 minutes. Didn’t even have a chance to ask for store manager. ✌?✌?

They advertise quick and easy vaccines. For the second time in a row, with an appointment they were anything but quick and easy. First time I waited 45 mins past my appointment and today I gave up after 15th minutes as I had another appointment. There was no apologies or even recognition of their tardiness. Terrible customer service. That's the last visit I'll ever make to this store period In Corinth off Garrison.

It's NOT the store, IT'S THE PHARMACY!!!! They are SO AWFUL, it's laughable. I'm told that the blonde is the manager or boss? Very sad! So I'm visiting here and had to go to this Walgreens twice. The first time I went, I just brushed it off. The second time? It's THE SAME THING! I stood waiting for SOMEBODY, ANYBODY to ask me if I needed help. But nooo! The blonde chick standing there, laughing with the "team". I counted 7 staff members just standing there and a few would walk a few steps, then turn their backs and kept chatting with each other. Mind you they ALL would pass the counter with me standing there and NOT ONE person acknowledged me standing there. I left and paid at the front. The cashier at the front could tell I was upset, asked me to please calm down before driving. I thanked her and told her she was very polite and friendly, and left. I have read all these comments about this staff snd NOTHING is being done about this blonde bimbo or this incompetent staff? Ok Walgreens. I'm glad I visited here before moving here. If this establishment is how Texas treats people, no thanks. "Ya'll" can kiss my azz. I filing a formal complaint with the corporate offices. What company sees the horrible reviews and does nothing? If that Blond is the manager or the pharmacist, that's pitiful. She's a very RUDE and obnoxious person. Awful staff. Just awful.

Nacole R, the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager has been with the company 20 years. Her patient philosophy should be updated because she is not about helping patients and listening to their needs. As a healthcare provider, and service employee she should have the upmost respect and patience for customers. Instead, she finds it acceptable to simply walk away from a conversation and let the pharmacy technicians excuse her rude behavior.

I would say be kind to people because you never know what people are going through, but the staff had knowledge that I am taking care of a young child with the flu obviously because that’s why we picked up medicine from them today. There was nothing on the bag, her dad who never deals with the pick up stuff didn’t notice that instructions were not stapled on the bag as per usual but I noticed it right away when he brought it inside. I needed instructions on how to use the medication as it something we’ve never used before. I called them was on hold for 10 minutes not a big deal but was met with a lot of attitude and literally interrupting me every time I open my mouth to explain that they made a mistake and did not put the instructions on the bag there is no staple where it should be there’s nothing. I don’t need you to feel empathy for me as a parent taking care of a sick child but as a grown adult you can have some respect as to understand that mistakes can be made on either side of things and not cut people off while they are literally trying to explain and ask questions about the medication. Because at first she was not answering my questions she was just directing me to the piece of paper that was supposed to be on the bag. When I try to explain it wasn’t, she cut me off to say it’s always going to be on the bag it’s how we print them blah blah blah I tried to explain well there was a mistake because there is nothing not even staples or holes that staples would’ve been out on this bag and she cuts me off again and says well do you just need to write it down somewhere ? No apology for their mistake. Not even acknowledgment because obviously I’m just some idiot who can’t look at a paper bag correctly lol. Anyway that was annoying.
