Received a check on Saturday from insurance company that was a Wells Fargo issued check. Decided to cash at a Wells Fargo bank since did not want my bank to place any holds on check. I walked in the teller (man) looked right at me & did not say anything to me. Another lady walked in shortly thereafter & he greeted her very respectfully with a loud good morning welcome to Wells Fargo, so I knew at that point I would be met with issues. He asked me did I have an account, I said no & just needed to cash a check. He stated that I'd need 2 forms of ID's which was no problem. I gave him my tx issued drivers license & debit card. I could tell by the way he kept staring at the check that he was coming up with an excuse not to help me. He ran the check through & he stated that the system advised him that he could do deposit only. I have cashed checks before there that were Wells Fargo issued with a small fee since I didn't have an account. I was trying to prevent my bank from placing hold so that's why I went to issued bank. After he refused to cash check. I then politely took my check & ID's back and cashed at my bank with no questions or issues. Just sad to be turned down for no reason, just because the teller was on power trip & wanted to discriminate in my opinion. I don't expect anything but changed behavior & to not discriminate on others because you feel the need to do so. Treat everyone with the same respect & courtesy. It's very humiliating when you know that everyone is not treated the same. Thanks

You have to make an appointment to see a banker. But, they won't answer the phone so you can make an appointment. Vexing.

Petulant teller. Condescending in attitude and very poor service. Very rude. Went in and spoke to the teller manager and she had no concern. Banking here since 2004 and will be moving my business elsewhere after today, solely due to the interaction of the staff, including the teller manager today. But I can tell by the folks attitude in the building and the reviews here and elsewhere, they care not.

Worst service I have ever had at a bank! I'd give it ZERO if I could because that's the assistance that I was given. There's only 1 banker currently from what I was told. I waited 20 minutes to be asked what I need help with. I said " all I need is to set up a profile" (something that takes all of 5minutes to do) Then the lady banker there replied That she had an appointment at 2pm that She already missed and "I can't help you." I said ok & walked out the door. She was very short and rude with me & Very unprofessional & I will never use this location again. I ought to close our business account with service like this. We will see what happens. I left & went to the Teasley location where I got awesome service & they're getting a perfect review. I imagine the Corinth location is losing a ton of customers if this is normal behavior, which I read some other reviews so I think this is normal for this location. Save yourself a trip & don't go to Corinth Wells Fargo.

Came in 5 minutes early for our scheduled appointment to set up a checking account for our son. Talked to one of the ladies and she informed us that appointments mean nothing and it is first come first serve because they are short staffed. We have 3 people in front of us and only two account specialist working with customers.

Currently sitting here waiting to speak with a banker. The service manager just walked up and asked my husband what we came in for..... we have been sitting here for 45 minutes and this is the first person who has acknowledged us?!?! There is only one banker working and she has been with the same guy since before we got here! Why in the world is there only one banker working on a Saturday?!?!

Horrible customer service!! I walked in with 2 kids and sat there 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged I was there. I finally got up to ask if someone could help me and I got attitude from the teller. Customer service is obviously not this branches priority!!

this branch does not have fresh popped popcorn, but the service is still excellent
