I came in with my computer with the issue of it showing no display. He looked it over for all of 5 mins and without charging showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. It was a very simple problem that he could have charged for but didn't.If your looking for a honest, kind, understanding person to help you with your devices problems, this should be your go to guy!

Andy, the owner, is an honest and upfront owner/technician who will tell you things straight up. There is no charge until you pick up your item and no up selling. I was very pleased and highly recommend him.

Fixed my Samsung s20 for $160. Had to come in to order the part bcs they didn't have it but it was fixed and ready to pickup the very next day. Highly recommend this store for any electronic repairs!

Andy just saved my rear end. Thank you so much!!S23 Ultra with a smashed screen had to go to Samsung to be repaired bc suppliers dong carry the parts yet since its so new... but the data was the most important part and they told me.i was SoL to back it up.Anfy showed me how to get in via DEX to back it up before sending the phone.Support this business. Great person, very good at this.

Andy is professional, patient, and no doubt an expert in his field. While unfortunately my 9 year old iMac was a lost cause, he did everything in his power to try to help revive her and kept me up to date every step of the way.In the future, I'll be kicking Apple Support to the curb and heading straight to 1 Stop Tech Shop for my tech repair needs.
