The only reason they didn't get a 5 was because there was a pricing issue that we didn't realize while shopping. We cashed out and while driving away, my daughter realized she'd been charged more than the belt was priced. The guys in the store corrected the issue and provided us a prompt refund of the difference.

I just bought the Cloudstryke pack and 2L bladder from this store. I have been trying to get the Cloudstryke ever since I saw the poster in the window advertising it but it never came in. Finally, the folks at the store said they could transfer it from another store so they transferred it from the San Antonio (San Pedro) store and I came right in and bought it. So glad you have people who are willing to take action to satisfy the customer’s needs.

I had been looking for the CloudStryke bag since February, stopped in the store several times. Finally, this past week Ronnie and Mauricio and Sabrina got with me and transferred a bag from another store. Then they spent time showing me that a 2L bag would be better than a 3L. THAT is customer SERVICE! THANK you, gents and lady!

Sales staff wasn’t pushy, but acknowledged my attendance. I was able to look around and not be hounded while shopping. Great selection however not a lot of large sizes in shirts.

Don’t know if the local store in Corpus Christi is short staffed but it seems to be poorly staffed. I waited to checkout over 10 min while employees were on their personal phones. I was one of two customers shopping and the only one in line to checkout. I didn’t buy what I needed going elsewhere.

Ordered a few jackets on black Friday, and on 12/16/2023 the order was cancelled by 5.11. Customer service stated the items were no longer available. Well, they were available at the time of the purchase. Go figure style number 38088/019 is available online.
