Well to start off, I was in a panic just like those nice folks on that Titanic.! But lucky me, these nice peoole helped me out.of my mind. But the emotionally retarded self that is I was taken in with a wonderfully mother like woman. She listen, help and explained everything thoroughly so there would be no misunderstandings. And still on the first day, I'm called to the office. Par for all through school. But nope she didn't realm me out, but she firmly let me know my mistake and smiled and gave me a water and smiled with a understanding stern look of , well I just cant quite describe it in words cuz she just seemed to understand. What I'd been through and gave me words of wisdom to carry on, don't quit, motivation. And I will. Thank you ma'am.6months later.... Member emotionally retarded ME, THE KINDLY KEPT MY STUFF... THANX IT ALL CAME FROM THE DUMPSTER. ENJOY.

These folks do NOT have your typical storage locker place. From the moment I showed up and to this very day I am treated as if I were their most favorite friend. They treat you as if your special, and I know they think their customers are special and required. It's like going back in time a bit to when "Customers First" was not just an empty slogan. If you need a place to store your things then you need to get in touch with a "BETTER PLACE" and no one else.

Worse experience ever. Every single month is a hassle. If it's not one thing, it's another. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
