I purchased my truck in 2015 and included the lithia ilife oil change program. Up to 4 oil changes a year. I took it in last month for an oil change and they told me that it was canceled. They said that it was for the life of my payments and when I paid off the truck, it canceled. What part of that makes sense. Beware of the lies!I'm still investigating this issue, but not what I was expecting.

Service absolutely terrible, they will tack on anything extra to make a buck. Always new people working there, service never answers the phone. Worst dealership in south Texas

This has to be the worst ford dealership (service department) in the state of TX. If there is one that is worse I truly feel for their customers. Access has gone through numerous service managers over the past several years. Their service department is 100% inept. I've had four or five vehicles in there over the years. Today takes the cake. They said my truck was ready to pickup. I got dropped off at 7am to get the truck. Their mechanic has my key in his toolbox and won't be in until 8:30am. I am amazed at how consistently poor their service is. Location makes this the only practical option. Worst service department I've ever used and that has covered 15-20 years. Find another option if you can.

Worst car buying experience of my life! Diane my sales rep was Awful. Once the sale was done on a brand new 90k truck I didn't even get a temp tag. It's been three months and no license plate or temp tag. I've made numerous requests and it goes weeks without being responded too.
