They lent me a torque wrench but i had to leave 65 dollars cash for deposit. Torque wrench didnt even work. I took it back and told and the employee it didnt work but he just took it to the back room and didnt say anything.

Well, if you get screwed over by the online ordering and you get upset in the store, the elderly man with glasses tells you to keep your mouth shut. I’ll never shop here again.

Today I made a purchase online for my mother to pick up at your location (4444 Ayers Street - Store 8429). While trying to get the online order, she had the unfortune to interact with the employee, Jag, whose behavior was degrading, demoralizing, and severally unprofessional to say the least. She was so appalled by his behavior that she feels compelled to share this unfortunate encounter that will also be sent to your corporate headquarters. From the moment she walked into the store, Jag's attitude was nothing short of shocking. It was evident that he had no interest in providing any level of customer service. His condescending tone and dismissive gestures were unbefitting of his role at Advance Auto Parts. Furthermore, he failed at customer conflict resolution, and only made the situation worse by walking away and failing to work with the customer to work through this issues in his system. Advance Auto Parts should seriously reconsider employing individuals like Jag who tarnish their reputation and drive customers away.

I've taken my friend 'Billy' to this store 5 times to get his auto parts! They had to order a part and told him, it would arrive 3 days later on Friday at 12 pm.On Friday at 12 pm. His parts weren't there and had to go back at 5:30 pm. To get the parts! And here's another thing, he was charged $20 extra for shipping of the parts to their store, they sold him 12' of high pressure hose, before he received the fittings needed, which ended up being the wrong size and they will not allow him to return the hose for store credit or a refund, or simply exchange it for the correct size!I have bought MANY-MANY PARTS from this company and alot of them that weren't in stocks, was ALWAYS at the store by that very evening or by the time they opened the next business day (AND) NOT NEVER 1 TIME WAS I EVER CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE!BILLY DOESN'T WANT ME TO CONTACT THE CORPORATE OFFICES AND MAKE THE COMPLAINT, BUT I PROMISE THAT I AM! I am 61 yes old and Billy is my age, it's not Billy's fault they sold him the hose, before he had gotten the fittings he needed, which were a different size than what the salesman ASSUMED!I'VE PURCHASED PARTS FROM THEI MADISONVILLE, TN. STORE THAT WEREN'T CORRECT, AND THEY WOULD NOT REDFUND MY MONEY, OR EXCHANGE THE WRONG PART FOR THE CORRECT PARTS, BECAUSE, (I DIDN'T HAVE THE RECIEPT, ALTHOUGH WE ALL KNOW, IT'S IN THEIR COMPUTER, UNDER MY PHONE NUMBER!PEOPLE NEED TO 'SPEAK UP' ON THE 'GOOD' AND 'BAD' OF THESES BUUSENESSES TO MAKE OTHERS AWARE OF THIS SHADY-S_IT, Word of mouth can make or brake any business!

Advanced Auto Parts South Staples. I recently ordered parts on line and picked them up in less than 30 mins. I discovered that I had ordered the parts for the wrong year. I called Advanced and spoke to manager and he got the correct part and delivered it to my house himself. You couldn't ask for better service. I want to thank the manager and staff for helping me out when I needed it. I've been using Advanced Auto Parts for many years and I'm very satisfied with their products.
