Went in for a diagnostic test, for a check engine light. First off, the costumer service was terrible. I was “helped” by an employee, an older white man, and he ran the test. The issue with the visit was that he couldn’t even tell me what code(s) were what and any question that we asked was answered with “I don’t know.”You are better off going to AutoZone and it’s right across the, they’ll even print the test result for you!Do better Advanced.

Milton helped me tremendously. I have multiple sclerosis and my mom who is 81 and I both could not put on the car steering wheel cover and Milton did it so easily for us. I will always come back to the store knowing how great the customer service is!!

I had no sooner stepped foot in this store and the employee yelled at me for not having a mask on. I have a medical condition that technically makes me Exempt from wearing a mask. Most of the time I just comply because it’s easier but I was on the phone dealing with a tow company and was extremely overwhelmed and anxious so I didn’t have a mask on for fear of having a panic attack. I also didn’t have a mask on my son because he’s under ten and not required to wear one. The woman rudely informed me that everyone must wear a mask to be in the store. Including children. I emailed corporate because when I asked the employees what modifications they are making for customers with disabilities or medical conditions who legitimately cannot wear masks, he said he didn’t know. As far as he knew, a mask was required, there were no exemptions. There are much better ways of handling the situation than the rude woman.
