I went to AutoZone to get a new battery for my car and was waited on by Joshua Mican, the store manager. My battery terminals were corroded but because they did not carry those kind of terminals, he cleaned them to where they looked like new again. He was very helpful , kind and professional! I tried to tip him because of all the extra work he had to do and he wouldn't even take the tip. Thank you Joshua! Your excellent customer service will definitely keep me as a customer!

Great customer service. Helped my son with a new battery. Manager and sales associate were attentive and offered to help install. Was in and out in 15 minutes.

Bad customer service went in got some fluid and price reflecting 29.99. It on clearance for $15 grabbed the bottle went to ring it up and it came out 29.99 but no clearance price honored. Inquired to the cashier and even showed him the tag and he even agreed it should be honored. Furthermore goes to get the store manager and he proceeds to tell me no that's wrong and rips off the price tag and tells me no it's 32.99 not that... I said sir it rang up 29.99 so you may be mistaken.. told me with a condescending voice "well I can price match it for 32.99 for you if you would like and smirked and walks off. Completely rude and not good business. Not my fault the bottles weren't ringing up correctly or mismarked and online but yet wanted to charge me more. Bad business and the store manager is rude as ever don't go to that autozone.
