They transported my mother from Spohn Shoreline and did an amazing job! They handled her with great care. They let me ride in the front because my car was in the mechanic shop. Robert was such a pleasure to be around! He talked to me the entire way home. The gentleman in the back (Zach) made sure my mother was comfortable the entire time. When we got to my home they made sure I didn’t need anything before they left. Robert and Zach helped me put the rails on the bed because I didn’t know how! Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of my mother and myself!

Only company to use "incentive pay" so $22-26 ( nobody makes 26) an hour is a lie. They hold the incentive over your head so when find a reason to write you upYou are making the "base rate"Upper management is toxic and will harass you for leaving bad reviewsHome office will withold your PTO and Cut incentive for your last checkDefinitely look elsewhere for employment

I am a nurse for a facility that primarily uses this company and they are the absolute best. Every single one of their employees are friendly and our patients never have any complaints about their transports. I would recommend anyone to use Advance EMS.

They took my son to the hospital and the emts were horrible to him. They ignored his questions and continued their own conversation with each other. Horrible patient experience for a minor.

I would not recommend anyone work for this company , they do not take care of their employees in any sense of the word . Management is unprofessional and disrespectful . Their employees are wonderful and passionate about their jobs the owner and management care about nothing else but revenue

We request a ambulance transport to go to San Antonio, the unit arrived on time and the crew was very polite, the travel was comfortable, the unit was very clean and organized. Great company.
