Just recently had my Toyota Tacoma repaired at Classic Collision.
Great shop, great work.
I'm in the retail automotive business, and I know what great service is, and they nailed it.
Got me right in, told what to expect, kept me informed and kept they every promise they made.

Very good service. Joe helped us and kept us updated throughout the whole process of replacing our window. They even cleaned out the broken pieces of glass from the interior of the car! Would totally recommend.

Had my car for 3 days before it got hit and i told joe about that when i got there and they put a rush on getting my car done. they estimated pick up for 4/16 and i picked it up on 4/8. i was kept updated every step of the way and my car now looks like nothing ever happened. if i ever need body work in the future i will definitely come here again!

Didn't even want to talk to me about some minor body work, unless I made an appointment. Had the vehicle with me and just told me no. Horrible way to get business, but GREAT way to never come back

Overall all very pleased with Classic Collision. I was in an accident with damage to my front bumper, side panels, and my front wheels were completely knocked out of place; messing up the control arm and other major parts of functioning/ driving. It was a mess. I went through my insurance and was allowed to pick where my vehicle went. I chose Classic Collision. Augie took great care of me and really listened to my concerns. Thank you, Augie! I really appreciate you handling all my issues in such a professional and timely way. Just got my SUV back yesterday and I was very pleased to see it back. They did a great job at restoring my SUV back to full beauty. I also want to thank the gentleman who delivered my car. Very nice guy and knowledgeable. Augie and the delivery man are due credit for this review. They made it happen and made sure I was happy customer. Thank you to the ladies in the front as well. They took my call every time and got me to the right person with every question I had. I and my SUV thank you!

I took my car here to be fixed many times and I have never been disappointed. Most recently Augie and Joe took care of my car and kept me informed through the entire process. They went above and beyond when it came to customer service. My car was fixed efficiently and everyone had a great attitude. 10/10 recommend Classic Collision for any car repairs!

Had a fender bender and my passenger side light frame was damaged, I arrived at Classic Collision the 1st week of March. I got greeted like most places hungry for business. They said it would be done in a few days. Well around the 7th day they call and said the truck was ready, well when I got there to get my truck it’s missing the frame and inner frame of the light. So I said how do you figure it’s ready? Needles to say I have been driving my vehicle with pieces missing till today 06/08/23 When I got to the place hoping my vehicle would finally get fixed after about an hour of waiting they tell me they got the wrong parts. This place is very Dishonest and Unprofessional. I still have not gotten my vehicle fixed and God knows when they will get it right.Service: Painting

Very unsatisfied with our vehicle. We got the vehicle back and the seats were cream colored and they were all black and dirty when we picked it up. They put a used tire on the vehicle when we were told they were going to put a new one. Also, the back door windows wouldn’t go down so we had to take the vehicle back to get fixed. Now when we drive on the freeway when we go about 70mph the vehicle shakes. I’ve took our other vehicles there before and was satisfied but this time around I was very disappointed.
