Best small thrift shop in Corpus Christi. They check for quality, so you know what you're buying is worth the money. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is quite pleasant as well.
If you're a thrifter, this is the kind of story you love to go to again and again because it's always a positive experience. Even some of the medium-sized, cause based stores (like the Purple place) don't check out everything they're selling you and they don't give refunds!
Bonus, American thrift is located right next door to the Fruit King!!!
I've added a photo of an item that is actually labeled to show you part of it doesn't work, but at least you don't get a sad surprise when you get home. It's nice to get what you expect when you're out thrifting. :)

Friendly staff. I took half a dozen people there to shop. All left with various purchases. Good little shop. I recommend visiting this place when passing through. Very clean restrooms.

Very clean and organized, with GREAT prices. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about what's in his inventory. Also, first responders and veterans get a 10% discount : ) Bought several pieces for my kitchen and a really nice lightweight high-quality coat that I love wearing!

This is a thrift and resale shop that's located shall we say, "not in the best part " of Corpus Christi? They do have some furniture, appliances and clothing. They even have some wedding dresses and handtools for sale. It was worth a look around.
