Better service means more customers. Please keep more staff working, so we can get help and buy more! I would like to see improvements in security, maybe hire off duty police/law enforcement. We even got a new store manager Lisa! Ps. make sure you follow up with complaints, this was a big issue in the past. Make it safe and clean and more people will shop here :)”
“It was great. I was in and out in min. They had two young lady at the garden exit door,. The only thing that I wanted to pick up was four rose bushes, but there out, the truck none on it. Maybe I can find some before mother's day”

“Found this business last year or so, I had installed central heating & air and thought I had the right filter only to give out that actual size was wrong . I couldn't find my size anywhere. Until I found this place and now they know what size I need in their system which is good cause I tend to forget. It makes it easy to purchase from here. “I am a would be RAC customer and did not like the way I was treated or the lack of customer service I got. I was completely turned off by the whole rent-to-own thing until Aaron's. Everyone at Aaron's, in EVERY department has shown outstanding customer service skills. I have never felt like I mattered much as a consumer or buyer until I went to Aaron's. The staff is attentive, honest, and the process is completely easy. You don't have to go in every month to make a payment and if you call they will work with you to adjust your date of payments. I am now a big fan of Aaron's and will NEVER go anywhere else. They are so good I am about to finance a big speaker party box.! Thank you so much Aaron's!”

“Ok, it's the pink looking building. It's not a restaurant. What they have on the floor is what's in stock. You don't have to wait 15 minutes for them to come back from "checking in the warehouse " only to come back with the "we're out of stock."Fair pricing, delivery haul away and installation.”
“I really like these kind of stores! I could spend hours in there! Looking around at new tools and always finding a new tool I've never seen before? Figuring out what it's used for and if it's something I can use or even practical. I have found that this Home Deport may not carry some material as opposed to the one off S.P.I.D. on the South Side. I was running around looking for lattice here, only to find out that, for one thing, it also comes in plastic, not just wood, and in different styles. The price varies from low end to a high end on the fancier styles. It was rather easy to install, I used a staple gun,with 9/16 in,staples and it held just fine, BUT was unavailable at this Port St. location. I STILL give Home Deport a 5 Star Rating only because I can't give them 6! - S G .”
“I bought over 2k in phones and screen protectors . One of the screen protectors had a chip and was under a lifetime warranty ,they would not honor it . Made us pay for a new one . Very poor customer service . Update,after giving this review Best Buy customer service did reach out to me and asked me what happened. After the chat conversation with I believe the name was Ravi ,the did agree that it should have been replaced for free . So they did issue me a full credit for the screen protector that we paid for .”
