“This Bridgeport on Southport Ave store has improved, Emilio, John, Roy, Courtney, Nadia, Jody, Flooring, Lawn & Garden, Lumber, Rental, Plumbing, Electrical and every department has turned this store around, keep up the good work. Better service means more customers. Please keep more staff working, so we can get help and buy more! I would like to see improvements in security, maybe hire off duty police/law enforcement. We even got a new store manager Lisa! Ps. make sure you follow up with complaints, this was a big issue in the past. Make it safe and clean and more people will shop here :)”

“Found this business last year or so, I had installed central heating & air and thought I had the right filter only to give out that actual size was wrong . I couldn't find my size anywhere. Until I found this place and now they know what size I need in their system which is good cause I tend to forget. It makes it easy to purchase from here. “I really like these kind of stores! I could spend hours in there! Looking around at new tools and always finding a new tool I've never seen before? Figuring out what it's used for and if it's something I can use or even practical. I have found that this Home Deport may not carry some material as opposed to the one off S.P.I.D. on the South Side. I was running around looking for lattice here, only to find out that, for one thing, it also comes in plastic, not just wood, and in different styles. The price varies from low end to a high end on the fancier styles. It was rather easy to install, I used a staple gun,with 9/16 in,staples and it held just fine, BUT was unavailable at this Port St. location. I STILL give Home Deport a 5 Star Rating only because I can't give them 6! - S G .”

“Ok, it's the pink looking building. It's not a restaurant. What they have on the floor is what's in stock. You don't have to wait 15 minutes for them to come back from "checking in the warehouse " only to come back with the "we're out of stock."Fair pricing, delivery haul away and installation.”

“I love Aaron's, I have never had a problem with them and when my mom passed away a year ago they helped out so I could travel to Iowa and again a couple months ago when my father passed I didn't have to make a full payment. Scott has always been helpful and understanding . I have yet to have a problem with Aaron's or Scott, a big thank you to Scott for helping in the passing of my parents.. my things are almost paid off and i will purchasing more items. I'm sorry some of yall had a bad experience”
