Placed an upgrade order online for pick up. Walked in and both employees were hiding in the back. While waiting for my online order to be completed. (Unsure why it wasn't before I came in since no one was in the store) one employee lit and incense stick that just made the store smell terrible and made me nauseous. This store has gone down hill since converting to an Authorized Retailer. Definitely need to stick to Corporate owned stores.

Paid off my mother’s phone and upgraded it. Got home and found out I was charged for the most expensive plan and insurance (wasn’t asked if I wanted either). Now my bill for two phones was $350. Ridiculous. I get you make commission but at least ask the customer if they want those services added. Don’t just do it to make money. I’ll never return to this store. Rip off.

Pointless coming to this store can’t get a simple order placed correctly. And when you try to figure out what’s going on customer service was trash from the phone call to the store visit the next day. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes and go to another store, this store can’t get anything right.

I wanted to express how impressed I was with the assistance and great attitude of "Tia" the manager of the AT&T store at 3765 S. Alameda. She was very knowledgeable with the issue I was having with my iPhone 12. She was pleasant and never showed any signs of a negative attitude. We all know that kind of person.....the one that tries but does not know how to fix an issues and then sends you off leaving your issue unsolved.Tia is a great asset to AT&T and I would not be surprised to see her advancing to a higher possession with AT&T. Thank you Tia and keep up the great work.leo

Fraudulent! We went in to upgrade an old iphone and we're told, while we don't qualify for a trade-in rebate, that line is eligible for a free upgrade to an iPhone 13. We were told this and several other deceptive things in the act of fraud. This billing statement comes and we find the employee sold and earned commission on: Fraud 1, an additional line with insurance, but not approved by us; fraud 2, the "free upgrade"? no, a payment plan for a retail price iPhone 13 on the account; and, an iPhone 14, only purchased under assumption all other accounts weren't fraudulent lies. Also, according to AT&T customer service, this is not a corporate AT&T store and not actually affiliated with AT&T.
