They did not move everything over from my phone. I went back and asked them about it. She asked for my old phone. I told her she took it because we traded it in. She said well there was nothing she could do since I didn’t have my old phone. I can’t access my email after she messed everything up up. I’m thoroughly disgusted with AT&T and can’t wait to get rid of you. I doubt you do anything about this. I’d be real surprised if you did. No wonder you have a bad reputation with everyone I know. Unfortunately I didn’t find out until I signed up.

Christian at store on Kostoryz and SPID on Corpus Christi, Texas was welcoming right as I walked in the door. Very professional and patient. He fixed my phone, now I can receive incoming calls. Tried for over 5 days with online customer service and had to wait for my only day off to go to an AT&T store to have it fixed. 2 hours of troubleshooting, he was patient this entire visit.

Brian Salazar was the best ! He greeted us as soon as we walked in . Conversated with us during the whole process of adding a line and a new phone . Was not pushy on any sales ! Made us feel great with any decision we made ! This will be our home Att store as long as Brian is here !

Disgusting. If you don't get att in their store, They will get you to cancel and join with them. This is supposed to be a customer service store. Morally unbelievable.
