We went in on a Monday evening. About an hour before closing, Grant assisted us in getting a new plan and phone! He was very informative, answered all our questions. Great service.

The worst internet experience I've ever had. I've tried to use AT&T several times and each time I have tons of problems and when I have problems I go through a terrible experience with customer service. I've paid a lot of money for very little value. Now anytime anyone asks, I make sure to tell them to never use AT&T for internet.

Great place to go for all your phone needs. They really listen to help identify what you need. They have a great selection of gear and are knowledgeable about it. Helped me solve some technical problems and even enabled me to get an extra line at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

The manager, Joe, I think, was super helpful with my frustration in understanding the plan, billing, and issues I was having over shipment. A sales associate was also great dealing with my questions and a very difficult customer.

Came here at 2 on a Sunday - hours are 11-5
There’s a sign saying at lunch. Be back soon. Ok cool but no return time written. Waited over half hour and there was no one back. Very frustrating.
I absolutely understand lunch is necessary but a return time would be great especially since it doesn’t say anywhere else including online that lunch is a time they are closed.

Amazing service! April helped so much. She helped me two different days, get into two brand new phones for me and my son. Will definitely be back to see her for a new watch in a few weeks. Was very please with her knowledges and customer services skills. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable!

This review is for the management of this location. Your 2 employees are working non-stop and having no breaks, but the location is so busy that the line is 20-50 min long all the time. I’ve been here twice in a week, on Sunday at 2PM and Wednesday at noon, and every time the location is packed, and the wait is horrendous. Please address this issue, it’s clear your employees are overworked and customers are forced to lose their time.
