My boyfriend and I came to this location after having a horrible experience with the one off SPID. We were immediately greeted and helped with assessing my problems. All of the workers were continuously asking if everyone needed help, and they were all actively available to help each other. The associate helping us was simultaneously helping another customer, while ensuring we were taken care of while my phone was properly transferring. We definitely will be making this our regular AT&T store due to the attentiveness, positivity, and overall knowledge the employees at this location possess.

Love their customer service! Staff are nice, especially RJ. He helps me with trading in the phones and switching companies from T-Mobile to at&t. He is very responsible and patient! I highly recommend this location!

If I could rate it a 0 I would the lady I dealt with was rude and not knowledgeable at all acted as though the fact that she accidentally cancelled my online order was my fault. Then proceeded to tell me I could come in store redo the order and drop another 200$ while I wait for my initial 200$ to be refunded? Why so you can get commission I think not.

Let me tell you about RJ that works at this AT&T store. I had been having an issue with my Apple watch that I purchased from AT&T. I went to one the local AT&T stores and was told that it was an Apple issue and not an AT&T issue. A month later the issue got progressively worse. I just happen to be shopping next to another AT&T location and decided what the heck, let me try again. This is where I met RJ. RJ was patient with me and listened to my issue and calmly took care of my problem. Within 10 minutes he had my watch working again and had me on my way. Thank you, RJ, for taking care of my issue without being dismissive.

I went there today to get a prepaid plan and get my phone number ported out .The lady told me that the store does not offer prepaid and redirected me to the Walmart just behind instructing me to go look for people in black with a promotion tags on their shirt .They will be able to help she said .I went to Walmart , they said port out is not something they can do but they could activate a new line with another phone number . And I needed to keep my current number . I told them the ATT store on Saratoga sent me to them and they were not surprised. Apparently people in that store are ultra lazy . They keep sending them all their prepaid customers knowing Walmart can’t help those who need to keep their phone numbers.They even showed me in their system that the ATT store Saratoga can indeed take care of their prepaid customers.They then called the corporate store on SPID to tell them that I have been refused a prepaid service at the Saratoga store and they were not surprised either .SPID store took care of me . Seems everyone knows how bad things are at the Saratoga one which is an authorized retailer store .The way they all reacted when I said I was coming from the Saratoga store tells a lot .If a manager see this review , care and want to know who is the employee who refused to service me ;on your footages look around 6 and 7 pm . Black girl , Black hat , black pants , grey long sleeve shirt , sneakers. Blue car Hyundai.

The staff here is super helpful! I went in to open an account, get a new phone, and transfer my number, but we ran into many issues. With the help of the manager, Amado, and the regional manager, we were able to get everything taken care of. In the 5 hours that I was in the store, they were continuously helpful in troubleshooting every issue. If anyone is looking to get a new phone or change to AT&T, Amado is your guy.

Today we went in to upgrade to a new phone. Jessica immediately met us with a smile. She was extremely helpful with the new phone purchase, set up and transfer. While we were there a very rude and demanding customer came in and wanted her to break A T & T's policy just for him. When she correctly refused he became abusive and hostel. Jessica maintained her composure and professionalism. It was a pleasure to see her work and handle this situation so well. We appreciate how she helped us. We will be back to this store.

I came in just before closing and RJ had 2 customers ahead of me and told me he didn’t mind. RJ had fantastic customer service and helped get me a new phone. When you go in, ask for him!

First class service. Jessica and RJ were awesome! Best AT&T Store I've visited. My service concerns and questions were dealt with promptly. Every employee there takes care of business with a smile.
