I had called ahead of time asking if they had the iPhone I wanted, Eric was very helpful over the phone and said he would set aside what needed before I got to the store. As I got to the store, I was greeted quickly and asked for Eric who assisted me right away. I was able to leave with the phone I wanted, and some accessories as well. The assistant manager whose name I did not catch was also assisting throughout the transaction, she was very nice and helpful as well. Overall great and speedy experience. Thank you guys!

FirstNet/AT&T user here. Jessy was very helpful in getting me the best deal possible for my situation. Quick and easy transaction and a very nice upgrade from my old iPhone 8.

Worst customer service. They were rude and made it feel as if we were wasting their time when we came in due to my phone going out. They were so unwilling to work with us to find the best solution that I canceled my plan and switched providers. I was so happy I switched! My new provider actually talked to me like a human being and not just a number.

Yes I read the other reviews but my experience here was a good one...upon entering was greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I then proceeded to sit down with Josh and he helped me throughout my whole experience. Very professional and very knowledgeable when it came to the ATT brand. He was also very patience and explained everything he was doing with fixing my phone. He called customer support and in the long run ended up taking care of my needs. Thank You Josh...

Horrible customer service. They seem very short handed. Waited for my turn but when I finally was up the representative could not help me with what I needed. Would have been nice if someone had asked me what I was doing in the store when they signed me in so I could have avoided the long wait for nothing.
