My car was damaged from a hit and run. Auto crafters worked with Allstate very smoothly. The finished product looks as if no damage was ever done. Every employee gave fantastic customer service and was very polite. Would recommend this place. Rick took care of my car.

couple of weeks ago I unfortunately had an accident went through our insurance, and of course, Caliber collision is in network with our insurance. Over 15 years ago, I had an incident at Caliber collision customer service Was not the best and there work was not up to par. But years ago, I was a lot younger so I figured that’s just how in network insurance service works. so when my insurance stated I would have to use caliber collision. I was extremely nervous. I arrived to drop off the car and I’m told they have a waiting list but they use contracted shops. And if I was OK, they would be taking my car over to Auto Crafters. It just so happened the person ahead of me was there to pick up his vehicle and Was just going on about how the shop was. Well, I must agree. This is the first time dealing with an auto shop was made easy. Customer service was the best. They would call give me updates to let me know when the car was going in when it would be out. We had a little hiccup. It was addressed fixed. They took responsibility apologized. They worked on the car right away. Had it finished the next day he went back to pick up the vehicle. It was just like new and they went above and beyond. They even buffed out some scrapes that were on my vehicle from another incident due to the small hiccup that was their way of apologizing. Nowadays, it is hard to find good customer service, and this shop truly did it. I will continue to recommend

Horrible customer service. I was referred by Rick/Ricky because he said they weren’t busy and would gladly give me a quote for repair. I have a 1994 so it’s irreplaceable and a classic so I want to get it repaired, I knew it would be a few thousand dollars worth of work because that’s the first thing they ask if it’s with insurance or out of pocket. I told him I’d be paying cash by phone. Within 3 seconds of looking at my vehicle he said we will pass on it. I told Craig fine, I was only coming by because Rick told my wife it could be done and they weren’t too busy. Craig said they are busy and it would take over a year to get to it and have other lame duck excuses as to why he was rudely refusing the work. I left very disturbed but the customer service or lack thereof. I won’t go back and I would never refer anyone to a place that doesn’t value a cash paying customer who wants their classic car repaired.

Horrible customer service. I wanted my 1994 Ford Bronco worked on and the salesperson took 1 look at my car for 5 seconds and said they'll have to pass. They're too busy. This is after a referral from the owner Ricky who said they weren't busy and would be happy to take a look at it. I called ahead and talked to Craig, who is apparently a relative of the owner. I knew it was going to be a few thousand dollars of work and I was going to pay cash to get my vintage car fixed up, but this guy looked disgusted that I didn't drive a newer car and made me feel very uncomfortable. I definitely won't visit again with any of my cars and I'd tell everyone to stay away from This location.

Insurance suggested Auto Crafters for the repair of our car. Went by for an estimate and was very pleased with the staff, facility, and their knowledge. We left for a 7-day cruise, and the car was ready when we got back. Very fast, convenient, and a job well done! Thanks Auto Crafters. Top notch

They did an amazing job on my Jeep Cherokee! It looked brand new when I got it back! They front desk ladies need some improvement in customer service, but other than that I will recommend them to everybody

I would love to give a nice review because Rudy and the other workers are very professional & very nice when speaking with customers but the front office lady is EXTREMELY RUDE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEARLY HAS NO PHONE ETIQUETTE. I called to receive an update on my car, didn’t even get the chance to finish introducing myself and as soon as she heard my name she said THERES NO UPDATE with a very harsh rude tone. I did respond by explaining I would call daily to receive an update if I wasn’t contacted and she sarcastically said OKAY BYE. This place would be amazing if they didn’t have someone like that running their office. My 5 year old has better manners when talking to strangers.

I was in a car accident and a friend referred me to Auto Crafters to provide an estimate for the insurance company. Turns out that my Jeep ended up being totaled by the insurance company. Craig handled my case. Craig went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure that everything was taken care of as needed. I was dealing with a particularly difficult insurance company and Craig consistently and diligently did everything that he could to ensure that I was not taken advantage of. I've dealt with many auto/body shops in the past, however, Auto Crafters stands miles above them in their professionalism, expertise, knowledge of what they're doing and customer satisfaction. From my experience, 5 stars is simply not enough. If you need any of the services that Auto Crafters provides, do yourself a favor and give them a call. You will be glad that you did.
