Dont bother to bring your car here for repairs or fix recalls issues, i was told to bring my truck on a friday, came friday and then to leave it or bring it back on monday because either way it wasnt going to be inspected because of the weekend.Brought it monday when supposed to be looked at, its thursday and still just parked, I was told they havent checked it yet and probably nothing will be done till next week.On wednesday i called and after my calls were transfered to desk it would desconnet.Almost 1 week and they couldnt answer the calls or at least call you and give you updates.

These guys had a great deal listed on their site which I confirmed was correct via text and over the phone. I was sure to tell them that I was driving from austin. After driving nearly 7 hours round trip they informed me the price was not correct and they didn't honor the price. Then they offered me a lease deal instead (I had no intention to lease). These guys are the absolute worst.

One of my initial problem was fixed but I feel as though they put it off and took their time. I brought it in for a sensory problem for my tires and my radio and it took them 3 weeks continuously having me come back and forth pretty much giving me the same information every time. I would basically drop it off and pick it up with NOTHING fixed. Not to mention, they gave me a specific time my car would be ready and proceeded to not answer the phone and keep my car overnight. I wouldn't have minded if they kept it overnight if they communicated, this resulted in me missing work because I had no car the next morning. That's really what annoyed me the most. On top of this, they left my car dirty after every appointment, My boyfriend finally brought it to their attention and the cleaners were rude during the clean-up process. This demonstrated lazy work, I'm not one to complain a lot so for me to even be writing this review it's a shame.

If I could give them zero I would. I came for a oil change and picked the morning so it would be the first one and scheduled a appointment. Took a hour to even start the oil change. What's the point for a appointment if you start a hour later. I asked how long it would it take and was told 30-45 mins and the truck wasn't even taken to start service after that time. Haha wouldn't come here for service ever again.

I contacted the service department at Autonation Chevy North on June 7 to ask if they accepted our warranty. The issue we were having was the sunroof on our Ford F-250 would not close properly. I spoke to Roland Alaniz from the service department and gave him the warranty information. I told him we brought our vehicles in to them instead of Autonation Ford because it was closer to our home. On June 13 at 5:25, Roland left a voicemail stating the warranty department would not cover the repairs but was given conflicting information and was waiting for a callback from them. The warranty company contacted Roland and asked for pictures of the sunroof. After receiving the pictures, they would make a decision and Roland would let me know. We made an appointment to bring it in on June 26, 2023 and informed him that my husband and I were leaving on vacation for 2 weeks and could leave the truck for them to repair from June 26 to July 7. At the time we told him we wanted the truck repaired. Because we did not hear back from him for approx. 10 days, we called and left Roland voicemail on July 6 at 3:19 pm. He returned our call at 3:51 to inform us that the repair was not covered by warranty, the cost was over $4,000 and the part had been ordered. We asked him why the cost was so high and were told it was because the entire rail had to be replaced. Mr. Alaniz spoke to Mac, his manager, and they offered to bring the price down to $3,800. If we decided not to fix the truck, our cost for the part would be over $2,000, which did not include the labor. We agreed to the price $3,800 and asked him to proceed with the repairs. On July 11, I received a call from Roland informing me the sunroof rail had been replaced but it was still inoperable. They were going to take it in to Autonation Ford to see if it needed to be calibrated or if there was another issue. After all that, they determined that the motors were broken and would need to be replaced. Roland contacted the warranty department again and was told the motors would be covered but there would be a $250 deductible. At this time, we had been without my truck for 15 days. Because the motors were covered, we were given a rental from July 14 through July 19 when the truck was completed. On my way home to Ingleside, TX, I noticed there was a whistling sound coming from the passenger's side of the sunroof. I brought the truck in the next day (July 20). Roland was out that day so I spoke to the service repair personnel manager. He noticed the glass did not align correctly and asked the service worker to adjust it. At this time, the manager informed me that the bug guard had not been ordered nor replaced. He showed me the part and said the service worker had informed Roland it would need to be ordered and he believed the part was included in the invoice that was sent to the warranty department. He said the whistling my have been caused by glass needing adjustment but also the missing guard. I asked him to adjust the glass and I would speak to Roland the next day. When they brought my truck out a few hours later, I opened and closed the sunroof to see if it was aligned correctly and the glass instantly shifted. They asked me if I could bring the truck in the next day. Wanting my truck done, I agreed bring it back in and once again waited in the lobby for it. I took it in a total of 3 times, once dropping it overnight with a promise from Mac, the manager, to have it taken to their Ford location. My husband and I spoke to Mac when we picked up our truck on July 27. He told us John from the service dept at Autonation Ford would get back to him and Roland to let them know what needed to be done to fix our truck. Although I called Mac 4 times and left messages, he has yet to return my calls. I called John at Autonation Ford to see what was going on and he told me he had informed Mac the truck rail needed to be lubricated and adjusted and the cost, without labor, would be over $400. He let him know they were extremely busy and suggested Mac take my truck to their subcontractor, which Mac never

Kody Kemp is the BEST!!! My family and I are from San Antonio traveling to spend the day at the beach for my son's birthday. Midway through our commute our Suburban was making a concerning noise and we didn't feel safe continuing to drive it. We googled the nearest Chevy dealership and that's were we met Kody. He explained that their diagnosis team wasn't there at that time but understanding that we were in Corpus celebrating my son he would put the truck on the lift to just visualize. And that fixed the problem!!! It was a five min minor fix and he got us on the road in less than one hour!!! I want him to know how much I appreciate his excellent customer service and concern for my family who is riding in my vehicle. YOU ARE THE BEST!

I had an appointment for an 11 o clock oil change and state inspection. They told Michael Stewart told me it would be 90 minutes. After two hours I went and asked the progress and he said that he would check on it. His response was they were behind in the shop and it would be a couple more minutes. I asked him how much longer and he said 45 minutes. Apparently they hadn't even started on my vehicle. I took my car without any service being done. Absolutely terrible service

They don't mine there own business. Only some of them not all. What I don't understand is why can't they just tell you." Your in good hands and will take care of everything ". But no some workers don't, they treat you like if your lying to them. I'm like hello I'm the one paying my insurance for years an u never have accidents. Thank God. It was mother nature that happened. I pay my insurance company thousands of dollars a year. And when it comes to fix my car. They want to make a big deal about it. I'm like hello all the money I pay my insurance company I could've bought me two new cars already.

We bought two vehicles and my husband bought the extra package that comes with oil change and a few other things. The guys at at the counter are not very pleasant unless you spend extra money on things they recommend they will not smile or be pleasant. One of the times I went a few days later I saw my vehicle was over heating. They never filled my coolant. Then I noticed my sticker at the window was never replaced and the menu for the oil was never cleared. Makes be wonder did they ever service my vehicle? I can't wait to be done going there.
