My Ford was having transmission issues so I took it in to Autonation Ford. without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have had. Took a week to diagnose it and told me, "there is something wrong with the transmission." Absolutely no help, and charged me $200. They told me they needed to replace the transmission for $8700, instead I went to A & E transmission and they did excellent work on it for 3500$. Autonation Ford is lazy, and a scam.

Shady, dishonest and rude. They made it clear they will do as little as possible when it's a recall. Even after I told them it's a fire hazard and concern. John made it clear that the guys don't get enough "hours" for recalls so they will do as minimal as possible. Now I'm expected to pay out of pocket to prevent the fire hazard they were required to. Their only response when called out on their short comings is to hang up on you. Piss poor service across the board. Absolutely to not use them, it would be worth the drive to find a place far removed from Autonation Ford Corpus Christi

Place is a mess. I stopped for a gallon of coolant. Couldn't find parts dept due to construction. Then when I did the lady was indifferent as to helping me. She ignored me for the longest and then when she did help I had to repeat myself several times due to her being worried about some RO and constantly on the phone about it. Calls she made while helping me. I needed more coolant today and went the extra 5 miles to another dealer to avoid dealing with her again. The irony is my son was in the dealership for parts a week earlier and had the same experience with the same lady. Come on Auto Nation. You guys can do better.

Autonation picked up my 2023 Ford Ranger Truck for warranty service and an oil change early in the morning. I called the service department about 3 PM and was told my truck was being serviced. At 6 PM I called the service department. No answer. I then called sales and was told "This is sales. The service Department closes at 6pm. I depend upon my transportatioj for medical reasons. It is unbelievable that service would close without a status on when my truck would be finished. BUYER BEWARE-UNDEPENDABLE AT LEAST NEGLIGENT AT MOST,

Just another stealership, from sales to service they give you half truths and take as much money as they can for nothing. Very good at wasting your time and adding charges they never tell you about in advanced!

Incompetent, dishonest business. No Idea how they remain open! Arrived at scheduled appt time to drop off truck for service. There was no record of my appointment on their books. This was the first red flag signaling what was to come. Service advisor was supp to call me prior to end of first day with an update of what the tech found during diagnosis, but of course I never heard from anyone. I then called them well after lunch on the second day that they had the truck. No progress had been made on the diagnosis and, in all honesty, the service advisor didn't sound like she knew wth she was talking about at all. This was later confirmed when I read the notes from advisor to tech: customer requested to order and install A/C "compacidor." Capacitor, maybe?? In hopes of eliminating the middle man, during my phonecall on the second day, I requested to speak directly to the tech assigned to my truck, but apparently that's not possible. At this point, I decided to stop any further dealings with this shop and reclaim my truck. Upon arrival, the service advisor attempted to charge me TWO diagnostic fees at $170 each. I reminded her there had not been even a single diagnosis, never mind two. Her reply was, "Oh yeah, you're right." So I paid $170 for whatever time was spent on my vehicle and drove away. I later had to reattach the panels under my dash bec whoever was working on my truck didn't care to replace them correctly and left them hanging. There were black, greasy handprints left on the interior surfaces of the vehicle which I also cleaned myself. On the invoice provided upon payment, it was noted that the vehicle was, "ran two hours, driven for one," in attempt to duplicate the complaint, which is understandable and to be expected. However, there's no chance this is true, bec I didn't have enough gas for the truck to run that long. Also, mileage in & out reflects a total of 5 miles was driven while in the shop. We all know corpus traffic can be hellacious, but I seriously doubt it took an hour to drive 5 miles. Buyer beware!

1. Transmission gasket and filter must be ordered through the dealer; every parts store had the wrong part (21 bolt holes, I needed 18). 2. Diagnostics: replace transmission...testing was done without a. Transmission gasket and filter b. Low transmission fluid level (discovered the wrong gasket after removing the transmission filter and transmission fluid it contained). 3. New transmission cost (only 3 in the US) $8500. Transmission gasket and filter (and gasket pan, nuts & bolts, transmission fluid (already purchased and left in the truck...they were informed) $1500. Total cost $10,000 without a proper diagnostic ($175 charge for each problem). 4. Transmission techs needed at AutoNation Ford, Corpus Christi (last review couldn't spell CHRISTI correctly). Experience required, must have knowledge and understanding with vehicle transmissions. 5. Currently owe about $24,000 (still financing) for a truck I can't drive (and haven't for over 2 months). If I don't pay the $175, Ford is threatening to put a lien on it. 6. Class Action lawsuit on the same year, make, model, engine, and transmission in California. Never buying a Ford again!

they are to good to sell you cars and extended warranties , but the customer service is horrible, they never answer the calls. if you want to know how is your truck/car going ,you have to go to the service and ask in person and every time that you go , they said a different thing. And if you are waiting for a part for your truck/car , is taking for ever, especially if they have to pay for it . do not buy a car here .

I purchased a vehicle in Nov of last year, I drove down from Dallas to get this vehicle. All went well with the transactions Ashley my sales lady was great to deal with. Problem came when we got back to Dallas we noticed there was a loose head light. Autonation agreed to have head light fixed in DFW area and they'd write me a check for the repair. I guess since each runs independently, Ashley had us call her boss after a few attempts of her not getting anywhere with getting paid back. Zeke Perez has been left multiple messages with no luck.Do not do business with this dealership.

AutoNation Ford's Service department is an infuriating joke. I have had two experiences with them total, and Both were nothing short of terrible. The first time I dropped my car off for oil, tire rotation, and regular maintenance of the like. I had an appointment to do this. Once my car was dropped off, I was NEVER able to get a hold of anyone to help me find out if my car was ready. It took a week! Every person I got ahold of on the phone just gave me the run around and sent me to someone else's voicemail and no one ever returned ANY of my calls. I finally sent my husband in there and they got jumpy and said they needed about 20-30 mins to get the paperwork ready and then we could have it. My guess is they never did it, and took care of it then. Furthermore, when I made that first appointment, I also made a second appointment to bring it in and have the transmission looked at. I was told that they were backed up 45 days for transmission work so a second appointment was needed and made. Today was day 45. I made all the necessary arrangements for me to have a second vehicle to drive while it was being fixed (I am a busy mom of 3), arranged for someone to meet me there so they could bring me back to the second vehicle, and went in for my 8am appointment. Low and behold, the manager was there and was who I checked in with, however his nonwork related conversation with his coworker was more important than me, the customer, standing at the desk right in front of him. I had to wait a good minute for him to finish his conversation. He finally turned to my attention, but seemed annoyed that he was having to deal with me.... when I gave him my info, my appointment was no where to be found in their system. Even my confirmation email from him - the manager - wasn't enough to get me on the board. He said he could accept my car today but it would be at least 45 days for them to get to it because of the backlog. I explained that was what I was told 45 days ago and now here I am. He just sort of shrugged his shoulders and looked at me and again repeated he could take the car but they weren't going to get to it anytime soon. So I just left. Absolutely Ridiculous! I will not be going back nor will I recommend to anyone else.

I ordered my Bronco July 2020, came in Aug 2022 after sitting built on a lot in MI since the week of January 2022. I go in to pick it up and they surprise me with an additional $5,000 added to my bottom line. Then I was told they (David Quisenberry & Jesse) would give me just over $900 back and I would receive a check in the mail. My address had changed and for some reason because I had moved they couldn't update my address and I never received the $ they promised. A very disappointing experience. If they do produce a check for what they promised, I will update my review. Do not trust them to keep their word. They seem very honest and trustworthy but the results are what we the buyers are left with.

Very upsetting, I took my car there February 2. And yet no update, no phone call about my vehicle. I've email several times, yet no response. Keep in mind I bought this vehicle in Summer 2022, by October the motor had to be replaced. Then a day later lights on dash were popping up. I do not recommend by a used car from here at all!!! So many problems, have not even had this car a year. Why even sell a messed up vehicle to begin with. Just so over this dealership. Learn to inform your customers of problems with vehicle prior to selling it. Also, please hire service advisor who keep you updated from the moment vehicle is in service department!! Very unorganized and by the looks of my situation, maybe there short staffed!

Horrible management and service. I boutht a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach E which the dealership was supposed to register in California. They charged me the fees for registering the car as detailed in my purchase agreement, only to send a check $200 short for registration. A registration that I had already paid myself. I contacted the dealership and have not heard from them as to why they are keeping $200 from my registration. Be very careful, they are unprofessional and they scam people if they can.

I came down to the dealership to speak to the service advisor, and make an appointment, approximately two weeks prior to the appointment I ended up making. I brought my vehicle in at 0700 on my appointment day! First off they didn't even get to it that day! Secondly, they never even bothered to communicate that they were keeping it overnight!! Thirdly, they finally called right before lunch on the second day!! Of course I missed the call. I returned it as soon as I saw it and left a message. I subsequently called another three times, no messages, but never got any returned calls!!! Now, I got a Lyft, $11.77+ Tip, and went to the dealership. Come to find out he's not only not finished, but doesn't expect to finish today(Friday), so they want to keep it all weekend!!! Don't do business with these people!!!!!!!! Unreliable, Unapologetic, UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car bauble was dying and I was afraid I wouldn't get home. The receptionist was friendly and professional and escorted me directly to the parts department. The parts department was the greatest! He opened up my bauble and replaced my battery...I was on my way in 5 minutes!
