I recently went to AutoNation Chevy North after losing my truck key and I could not be happier with the service. They got me in quickly, took care of everything without any hassle, and the pricing was fair. The waiting area was comfortable and the coffee was better than expected while I waited.
A special shoutout to Phillip who was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing fast and reliable service.

I dropped off my truck on 4/27/2024 and supposedly they diagnosed it with needing a coolant control valve due to temperature rising up. I was called on 8/12/2024 to pick up my truck and that it was ready (3.5 months later) I was told the technician drive the truck around and the issues were resolved. Noticed the miles In and miles out were the same (truck was never driven) well as soon as I got my truck and drove down the highway, the truck has the same problem I took it in for. The issue was not resolved, and Samuel Hinojosa (service advisor) has not been any help. I'm told I'd have to drop my truck back off and it will be a few weeks before my truck can be looked at to see what the issue is. They had the truck for 3.5 months and didn't look at it, apparently.

Mr.Roland Alanis did a great job he always helps with my vehicle. He goes above and beyond to get my vehicle worked on in a timely manner. He keeps me posted on progress and whether it’s 7:30 a.m he is friendly and helpful and professional at all times. Thank you!! For all you guys do!!!!
