I bought a suv (2018 Hyundai Santa Fe limited) to make 1000+ mile round trip drives back and forth to work. Went on the test drive and a “auto emergency braking temporarily disabled” message came on. Didn’t think anything of it because I just needed an A to B car and don’t like those types of features anyway. What I didn’t know is that the cruise control was linked to the same system! Ever drive 1000 miles without cruise control? Because the test drive was the typical “around the block” I didn’t get a chance to check the cruise control until the hour ride back home. The cruise control and auto braking systems use a sensor behind the front bumper. (I googled it when the issues came up before I got it home.) I did see there was light damage on the bumper but didn’t know it would affect those systems. No telling how much $$$ a new bumper, sensor, and sensor alignment is gonna cost! The TPMS light was on which I figured I’d take care of later (maybe) so that was an additional repair that I was expecting. It got so annoying (came on every time I got in) that I got a sensor replaced- thankfully it was only one. I will say that they do have a 10 day return policy, but that only works if you can get the car back in time. I drove the car straight home and parked it, then went on a trip in our other car. So it sat past the 10 day period. THEN, I start out on the 500 mile trip to work and the engine light comes on. Side note, I found out on my own that their sister dealership took it in on a trade because the engine was bad, so they put a new one in. I was excited about that, but excitement went away when the engine light came on- did they forget to do something? Not a good feeling when you’re not even half way to work for a month which is out in the middle of nowhere, 45 minutes to any repair shop. Thankfully it was just an oxygen sensor. The repair was more than the car payment. Come to find out, while digging around, the repair ticket before it was traded in said multiple lights on dash. I guess they cleared them all and test drove it just long enough for the lights to come back on and sent it to the used car lot. Ohhhh and I found out on the long trip back from work that Apple CarPlay disconnects the map continuously while driving, but only at night. When was my test drive? Of course… during the day. Hate to see how much a radio head unit costs. (Yes I tried resetting it and was using a brand new cable). But with an “As-Is” purchase, I guess I got suckered. I expected this kind of trouble from a private dealer, or even a buy here pay here bad credit lot, but not from a big car dealer. At least someone’s daughter didn’t get this car and head off to college, or some widow on fixed income. I almost forgot, the front camera was broken and the glass had a crack in it. Our salesman was great. The finance guy never mentioned when our first payment was or how we were going to find out. I was excited to get a newer car and forgot. My fault? Sure, but maybe make that part of the process.

I posted my experience 3 weeks ago with this location, autonation responded saying they will contact me, apparently that was for show, I have not been contacted by anyone. I also found out this week that I was financed 17k more than what the salesperson and I discussed!! Granted I should have been more thorough in my signing, but they misled me in conversation. Horrible experience. Would not recommend

So let me tell you about this young hispanic guy he was so helpful in helping me find my destination had put an s in front of the address in Google Map that I was lost so got off to see and I showed him the address I was looking for and he helped me realize I was in the wrong area 2 and a half hours away. I just want to say thank you for all your help. Would definitely want him to be my salesperson. Very professional and kind. It takes nothing to be kind and he sure showed that.. This was on Saturday 16th around 720pm Thank you again.

Kristen was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we found a truck we were going to be happy with. We will definitely come back next time we need another vehicle.

We stopped in looking for specific parameters for a used truck. Harvey listened, showed us what was available. We test drove 3 that weren't the right fit. As we were leaving he found one that was just out of detail that sounded good. After we left Harvey went the extra mile to retrieve it, send pics and start working on a deal. We wound up with the perfect truck for our needs all thanks to Harvey going the extra mile. Thank you! We'll be keeping Harvey's number.

Riley Lopez was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive throughout my car-buying journey. He wasn't just a salesman—he was a true advisor. After listening carefully to my needs, Riley guided me to the perfect vehicle that matched my lifestyle and preferences. He made the experience not only seamless but enjoyable. A pleasure to work with.
Roman, the finance manager, was equally impressive. His expertise helped me secure financing quickly and effortlessly, tailored exactly to what I needed.
From start to finish, the entire process took just 2.5 hours—remarkably efficient. And to top it off, Riley personally delivered my new car right to my doorstep. Outstanding service all around.

The good: staff is friendly, financing the vehicle
was convenient, I got a decent rate on my loan, and the sales guy even picked me up at the airport
The bad: I got charged for labor and parts to replace the cabin filter. It was never changed. Also, my battery died within a week of purchasing the vehicle and even though they said they performed an oil change, I now need an oil change after just 1,000 miles of driving.
The ugly: Even though I asked several times before buying, the sales guy told me the car didn’t smell like smoke. It did and I’ve had to spend almost $500 extra dollars trying to get the smell out.

Purchased a vehicle at the end of May 2025, Kristen was great but their finance/title department sucks. Haven't titled/registered my vehicle in over 2 months and claim they don't have the title. Would not recommend this dealership unless you want to get the DMV involved.
