We had a customer 25 Bronco break down while going to south Texas. Had called around I know this is the busiest time of the year. Joseph was great in getting the vehicle in and checking it out, after speaking with him we did not agree with what warranty clerk was saying. So we made the choice of not repairing the vehicle and just pay for check out time which was $220.00. After paying over the phone and sending a wrecker to tow the vehicle back. I get an invoice with the charge of $255.70. They went ahead and install a fuse we declined. After several attempts to reach out to service manager, She has not returned my call as to why someone repaired this vehicle and why was I charge for something we DID NOT authorized. Let's see if I get a phone now.

Yes this morning I took my vehicle to get it battery check my service advisor was David Salinas I also had a coupon for I could have gotten a new battery $50 off I went ahead and bought the new battery I want to comened in David Salinas he did an outstanding job professional friendly keep up the good work David job well done... 👍
