If you take your vehicle for body work/repair make sure they order all parts prior to dropping off. Best to wait. Don’t get work done in increments and don’t pick up your vehicle until it’s finished. Dropped off my wrecked vehicle and obtained rental from State Farm. This was a State Farm insurance claim. Auto nation was quick and did a good job for the paint and body repair on my 2008 GMC Sierra however the service advisor insisted that I drop off rental car and pick up the truck prior to all repairs being done. I was told that the wheel and end cap was difficult to find. Was told it should take about a week or two to get all parts which were a tire, wheel, and end cap. Two months later was still pending getting the damaged wheel, tire, and end cap replaced. About a month and two weeks elapsed and I demanded another rental car to put pressure on State Farm. State Farm provided another rental car even though they were reluctant. I would call and leave messages for autonation but would not get my calls returned. I had to go there twice in person to get answers. Once I got another rental vehicle State Farm began intervening because now it was costing them money and they began contacting me and auto nation for updates. Anyway two months later, auto nation replaced the wheel, tire, and end cap with a New one. Why did it take so long is the question??? It Took a lot of phone calls to State Farm and auto nation to make this right. State Farm didn’t care until I got another rental vehicle. They were asking me why the repair was taking so long. A lot of waisted time. Auto nation is bad about returning calls. State Farm paid a lot of money in rental fees but that’s on them. Auto nation was a preferred body shop for State Farm. Would I recommend this place maybe- just don’t pick up the damaged vehicle until all repairs and replacement parts have been installed and repaired. And don’t turn in your rental car this puts pressure on the insurance company and they will intervene since it’s costing them money. My wife called it when she told me not to turn in the rental car. She said auto nation is going to put you on the back burner and she was right.

I normally always have a good experience at autonation BUT this time I took my vehicle in for an alignment , of course they do a free multi point inspection. My service advisor called to let me know the services they are recommending and that brakes are good etc, she also lets me know that my tires are good for right now with the tread at a 6. I literally just purchased new Michelin tires 2 weeks ago and I let her know that and she said well that’s what they’re measuring at but I’ll have the tech check again. When I show up she tells me I was correct and they’re actually measuring at an 11. I said I know they are I just bought them, but you all didn’t know I just bought them so you’re trying to trick me into getting new tires and she just laughed. That’s a very big difference to be off, from a 6 to an 11.

Jordan did an excellent job keeping in touch and letting me know the status of vehicle the entire time. Due to the severe damage, the repairs did take some time but vehicle looked as good as the day it was bought! Highly recommend

Had warranty paint work done on my Toyota sequoia back in October 2024. Unfortunately, Previous estimator no longer at this location. Had to return due to some minor issue with mechanics of back window and wiper. Beyond appreciative of Mr Max Robledo whom took on the job and resolved the issue. Exceptional customer service from him and grateful for his assistance. A huge THANK YOU Max.
