They honestly were great . However the number of GMC vehicles waiting for service is unbelieveable . 526 cars and only 15 mechanices. This is driven by the faults on GM Vehicles thus the 2 star rating.. This truck had an idler fail before 10000 miles now a water pump blew up after exactly 39000 miles. General motors sold a POS and the dealers cannot keep up with warranty repair

Hello I am very pissed with auto nation GMC they got my truck at like 11 am to take a donut tire off to put new tire on I left and came back bout 130 I hadn't gotten a phone call and when I get their they tell me the service guy working on car broke sensor but they didn't call to tell me know I hate to wait another hr to get sensor part and for tire to get on I am very in happy and just feel like the truck it's self always something

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm for my vehicle first oil change & tire rotation. I was told they were shorthanded and my wait time would be 2-3 hours. The customer service representative was rude and came across as he was bothered. When I purchased my vehicle, no one followed up with me on any way.

Everything was great until we had to drive the truck in the early morning still dark and had no lights. Took back to get serviced and got it back with nothing they were supposed to do to check and fix. Reason we know because came back worse. Took back and they told us what they were now going to do when that's what they were supposed to do in the first place for why we left them vehicle for a week. The lights were essential and a safety issue so after four trips back and we lived an hour and a half away we decided not to keep vehicle.

It was a busy Saturday, but there were several people who greeted us, ready to help. We worked with Nieves Cerda, who was patient and knowledgeable, and we had a car with insurance within a couple of hours of narrowing my picky choices and test-driving a couple of vehicles. I love that the price is disclosed up front, and CarFax is available on every car. I'm confident my vehicle is exactly what i needed with no hidden problems.
