Even though my service call was longer than I had thought it would be, my advisor, Christopher was very good about letting me know how much longer he thought it was going to be. I got there at 9:35 for a 9:50 appointment and the service was over and I was on my way about 1:15. The service waiting area is a little to cool for my comfort, however, I was grateful for the bench out side so that I could warm up.

I took my car in at the Toyota dealership on SPID to get my car inspected to get my sticker in the window the guy that help me was really nice he Explained everything to me what they were gonna do at the inspection and it took about two hours because they were pretty early in the morning people coming in for different stuff but I was happy. He told me that my car passed the Inspection my car was OK and.the lady that saw me on my way out was really sweet and kind she showed me where my car was,and I just wanted to say that I Love there Coffee and the Crunchy ice in there soda machine

Called on a Wednesday and made an appointment for a Friday. They didn’t say anything except see you Friday. When i told the service advisor what was going on he asked if I was aware of the time I’d be waiting for diagnostics. I was not made aware of that. They didn’t even get to it til the following Tuesday. I was told it’d be done by end of day Wednesday and it was not. They said they would call when it was ready. Come Thursday evening still no call. I called Friday around 1:00 to ask and apparently it was ready Thursday around 5:00 and they said that I stated i wasn’t going to be picking up Thursday anyways. I never even received a call. Also, I wanted to early pay and i called midday and they said they were busy and I get that. They said they would call right back and didn’t return my call til the next day. My point is, they do good work but seriously need to work on the communication.

I was traveling to Corpus from out of town and stopped at Auto Nation Toyota Corpus Christi to get a new tire. Patricia Evans was my service advisor and she was a delight to work with. She was extremely helpful with getting me the exact tire I needed to get me back on the road. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly; from the janitor, to sales, to service. If I lived closer I would buy a car from Auto Nation Toyota CC with no hesitation.
