Sold me a lemon car and pretty much told me to bad. Oxygen sensor keep going out and someone who works there told me it might be a catalytic converter. They keep putting me in a rental thats filthy and this has been going on for three months now. And they want me to put another down payment on a different car even though they took my first car payment without saying anything about the lemon. I feel lied to and robbed from.

Giving 1 star for service department. Refused to do my oil change at 5,000 miles. They said it’s not due until recommended. I told them I was going to pay for it because it was not due till 10,000 miles. Then they tried to use one of my complimentary oil changes to change the oil. Went back and forth with manager and left. Went to another Toyota dealership and got oil changed no questions asked and paid cash.

They told me it was going to be the most 1 hour it ended up being 2 hours didn’t even bring my car up to the front after they were done.

The wait time here is ridiculous. My elderly mother was her for over 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! It would have been easier to just drive to Robstown. Both her and I are in the market to buy a car but we will never be from here!

I was referred here for a first vehicle for my daughter after my father had a good experience with helping a friend buy a car at this location and they gave him a $100 referral fee retroactively. I thought this was an honest and generous thing to do so I gave them my business as well. I paid the at the top of the Kelley Blue Book price for the vehicle that I bought so I expected it to be fully functional in excellent condition because that is what I paid for. There was only one set of keys and I ended up having to pay for an extra set. At sale I negotiated for spark plugs to be changed because it was at 100K miles and that was agreed to. After sale, it was discovered that the heater wasn't working on the driver's side. They ended up replacing the heater core on that side so I give them credit for taking care of that issue. However, the light that illuminates the gear shifter was flickering on and off, mostly off, and when requesting for this to be fixed I was told it was a cosmetic issue and I would have to pay for it to be fixed if I wanted them to fix it. I worked with Alexis as my sales agent and had pleasant interactions with her and would recommend going to her if you buy there. My experience is probably pretty typical of most dealerships so I'm not completely dissatisfied, but I am not as motivated to buy from this dealership again as when I started out.

Very good, even though I didn't have an appointment they helped me, I had a nail in the tire and they also serviced the vehicle. While I waited with coffee, news on TV and a comfortable seat. Service was excellent. No complaints. Very good service even I didn't have an appointment, one of the tires had a nail and also ask for first time service. No complaints, waiting with free coffee and watching the news.
