This is my experience with the service department. When my engine blew on my car they were very quick to get it in to inspect for the warranty. They told me it would be one to two weeks before we would know anything. We finally had to start calling and after 3 weeks and Antonio getting himself caught up in lies they started the work on our engine. At first we were told long block but then it switched to short block. Whatever fix the car. Well then I get the call that I have a bad battery and I can I either buy one from them or bring one. Well I never had a battery problem…In fact this was a new battery of only a few months. I’ve had my car back for two weeks and the idle is so bad I can feel it missing in the passenger and driver seats. My personal experience with them has been less than par and I will not be doing business with Hyundai Corpus Christi again.

My husband purchased a vehicle here with extended warranty. Vehicle broke down on the way to work and we had to pay out-of-pocket several hundred dollars to have it towed. The service department there had told us we would receive a loaner vehicle, which never happened. Today my husband went to pick up the vehicle and was charged several hundred dollars which he had the extended warranty. Why is he paying that? I called service advisor AJ pleading my husband's case and asked to speak to a manager after he turned me down of refunding my husband's money. Explained to him that we never got the loaner vehicle and what a struggle it was due to my husband working 40 minutes away from home. He seemed to get upset at my request and was very rude. He stated I am a manager and I'm not gonna refund your money. When I said, I'm gonna go online and give you guys a review and let everyone know what happened he said yeah make sure you put my name AJ in there. Did not even seem to care.

If you ever buy a warranty from Autonation and then sell the vehicle before the warranty is up, prepare to be jerked around for hours on end trying to cancel the warranty.

I've had work done several times at their service center. The service center is amazing. Scott Evans has that place in top top shape. My vehicle always leaves in a timely manner, expertly serviced, and very clean. Thanks for always being above the rest in service and customer support.

I have had a long relationship with Autonation Corpus Christi. Then I met their Hyundai dealer. Every aspect of buying a car was complicated. Their staff are young and new to the industry. The manager thought his strong sales techniques would help him make a quota.
Round two was service. Again, novices in a new surrounding. It was so difficult that I cannot return. Two-month waiting periods and no idea about their collision department. This is when it gets really complicated. Long story short… my car is at Caliber on Staples.

I went for a multi-point inspection and while I waited there was no update on my vehicle Nothing to show where it was at, fast forward - as I flipped through the papers that was given to me by my service advisor who didn't bother to call me back regarding the recall on my Hyundai Elantra 2016- to finding out when I opened my hood that my coolant/ wash reservoir caps were open at my local auto zone, thank goodness they didn't take the engine cover like what KIA did back in 2014. So going back is going to be questionable in terms of if they can really take care of their customers.
