I want to say huge thank you to John n Marvin for going above and beyond to help me. It was kinda late at night and I felt so bad it was getting later n I wasn’t sure of what it could be, the back n forth and determination looking for what I needed and making sure it was the exact parts to get me on my way was amazing! They are very knowledgeable men and I can tell they like what they do… truly grateful I ran into them for my car problem lol Good job guys I can’t thank you enough!!! 🙌🙌

Workers are always awkward and weird. My bf had to plug in the computer system in my car for them. Again just really awkward workers. Little eye contact and not a lot of help.

Been dealing with a high idle issue for over a week now. Every AutoZone I’ve gone too has either been unable to pinpoint the issue or has straight up acted like they didn’t wanna help me, I went to port location the other day cuz I hadn’t been there yet, Ethan Faulk helped me and not even 10 min it took him and he found the issue for me. Great employee very helpful and kind 10/10 recommend asking for him if your having vehicle problems 🤙

I don’t care much for autozone. But with the customer service I received from Lee and especially Art today, I might make it my go to place. At least at this location anyway. Thanks guys.

The manager there was incredibly rude to the staff, I was at this location last Friday and there was a bunch of younger looking employees that looked drained and tired. 3 out of 10 for me only because the staff was very nice and respectful.

Jeep light A! was still on after a new alternator; stopped in at this location on my way home. I am so happy with the service and courtesy that Xander provided. I am grateful that he fixed the problem with the dashboard ‘warning’ . The whole team at this location is friendly and helpful. A very special ‘thank you’ to Xander.

Ethan Faulk did a great job on helping me out at this store and got me fixed with my vehicle. The other 2 Auto Zones one on Horne Rd as well as well as the one on Staples parkdale area gave me the run around that they couldn’t help me or fix the problem. But I came here and Ethan helped me with no problem and got me back into my vehicle running perfectly.

Super friendly staff, Ethan even came out and went above and beyond to make sure my oil leak got taken care of also helped me out with my check engine light. Excellent service. Definitely coming back.
