I ordered a part for my car they never called for me to pickup the part when it came in, so I went somewhere else to order the same part and I got the car repaired. When they called me to get the part I've already taken care of the problem.
I never got the money back because they took forever and I accidentally threw the receipt away, so they went ahead and returned it, so they returned it and I lost my refund.
Don't order anything from AutoZone they won't let you know when it comes in in time.

I was looking for a water pump and after calling several places the Autozone on Horne Rd was the cheapest according to the price on the phone. I asked the guy his name and he hung up. I headed over there and told them I just talked to someone and you have the pump w/warranty for 69 bucks. The guy waiting on me said no, their cheapest is $110. I told them that's not what I was quoted and they said I must've spoken to the guy that just went home. I knew the competitor down the street was about 20 dollars higher and I told them I was going over there cause they don't have a bunch of idiots. I will never shop or recommend Autozone on Horne Rd!

DONT GO HERE autozone worker blew my AC compressor the workers don’t know what they are talking about and don’t trust them take your car to a real repair shop unless you know exactly what you are doing
