Buddies ignition coil went out in his F150. We could have replaced it in the parking lot in 5 minutes but Auto zone refused to lend us a racket and 8mm socket to do it.

Manager David is a very intelligent and knowledgeable person, he help me understand the need of replacing the cabin filter on my 2018 Chevy Silverado. I’m respectfully requesting his personal file be updated for his help in this matter. If anything a raise in his salary. I took his advice and certainly help the vehicle get better circulation of air. Thank you very much for helping an elderly person with this situation.

Had amazing help. Back tire blew out on us and we didn’t have the man power to get the nuts off. We had to roll on our rim to auto zone where the manger irait helped loosen them for us we still had problems but he came back out and helped us lift our truck more so we can change it. We got the job done thanks to the manger

I went to 2 diff stores ( not auto zones ) to try to get basic lights for my car( where they said theirs wouldn’t fit). I went to auto zone, they had them, he even said let me make sure they work before charging you, he fixed them for me and I got to drive off with lights. I told him I’m officially a customer of that auto zone. Thank you. I highly recommend for perfect service!!!

I was stuck outside in front of a restaurant next to this place. I went up to this gentleman to See if he could help me get my car started and he was so sweet. Took the time got my car started and made sure I was OK. This was the sweetest act of kindness I’ve had in a long time. I’m four months pregnant and I’m literally in tears of how sweet and compassionate this man was, his name was irant (sorry if spelled wrong). Thank the lord for this man!!!!! A real life hero ???

I visited AutoZone today and my Honda received excellent, professional help and service above and beyond what I expected. Iriat is very knowledgeable and was able to not only identify problems, but fix them. Thanks, I highly recommend this location and technician.
