Had a good scare with the radiator getting hot on me. Luckily I was close to an Auto Zone. Got my fluid & was on my way. I do need to keep an eye on all fluid levels.

Andre is the absolute greatest worker i’ve ever met. He saw me needing help with my headlight for my car and came outside with me and helped me through the whole process. It’s customer service like that that makes you wanna come into stores. Shoutout you Andre. You earned a customer for life bro.

Maneger was trying to start a fight with me at 830 am about a handicap parking spot lol she assumed I wasn't handicap, witch I'm not but my wife is an the fact she took it upon herself to come at me like that I should press sometype of lawsuit just for discrimination. I think that preety much sums up why your 50 working at autozone. But I guess I would be mad at the whole world to if I drove a dodge. Maybe at 830 in the am you should worry about your inventory an actually sales, not your empty parking lot ,from now on ill take all my business to o riellys an napa or get my parts half of yalls price from rockauto.com

Our car was shaking. Engine light was going on and off. Went to Autozone in our neighborhood. Not a very helpful morning manager. She seemed annoyed about going outside to check our engine computer with the meter. All she said was it won't work when the engine light is off. Just nonexistent customer service. Long story short, we went to O'Reilly's on Saratoga and Trish came out and helped us with great attitude and pleasant customer service. Engine light still off, she said our vehicle showed it was misfiring. I bought spark plugs and an ignition coil. Easy, peasy.

First and foremost, I didn't appreciate the cold hearted sales associate from there, as she was ugly about the air filter and I was confused on the part- whatever you say do not bother to ask unless you want a condensing response not worth the trouble rather get my filters from Amazon. Not returning nor gonna waste my time of rude employees.

Damien hates his job I guess, I work in customer service and it’s a pretty basic skill to acknowledge customers but Damien is lacking that basic skill. Got his feelings hurt and then wanted to tell me I could check myself out at the self checkout, maybe find a different job or maybe be grateful for the one you have.

LIARS AND DECEITFUL!! Female manager is a liar misleading customers about parts. My husband who has been a mechanic for 40+ years walked in with a schrader valve and they insisted you have to buy the line for $78.00. First, Autozone previously sold the part separately to him, second when the manager pulled it up on the screen he clearly saw the part showed sold separately. When he pointed it out she blacked out the pc screen and told him to leave.
Autozone and especially this location is not worth your time and your money. NAPA Auto Parts down the road had the part sold separately and they have A+ customer service. Save your money and if you do not know cars, do your research. This location and probably the whole company is deceitful robbing the average everyday folks. This is not the American way!!

I've visited this specific Auto Zone twice, and both times, I have experienced very HELPFUL and extraordinary Customer service technicians!!! They help , listen & run a detailed summary of your car and give you printout as well ! Great experience and would recommend to others .

Very good customer service, called in for a part and they could not find it, but, he asked me to wait while he looked it up another way, and found that the part was at their location, above and beyond customer service.
