The receptionist was kind, knowledgable and thorough. She gave me confidence and trust to leave my baby in their care during her dental cleaning and extraction, which I was really nervous about. The doctor also called to update me and patiently answered all my questions and was very personable. Nothing felt rushed, they genuinely cared about all the clients they interacted with. It was comforting to know Sharona was cared for. Also, the receptionist told me they listened to “my Sharona” while working on her and that made me so happy (lol)

Don't put your card on file. They will make it as impossible as they can to cancel payment subscriptions. They follow your credit line, not your card number, so getting a new card number effectively does nothing.Ultimately had to cancel my credit line and report charges as fraudulent

This place that I paid monthly for would not take my dog with a appointment even though he has been having seizures that I told them. Will cancel my membership with them.

We filled out the paperwork in our names but they put the incorrect name on our dog's medical account. We asked the receptionist to fix it and she refused. I said "You work here so fix it. You all made the mistake." So she snaps that I was being rude and storms in the back. How is that rude? I guess it's rude to stand up for your family, right? She is always rude whenever you call here. I hate calling here because of her. But I guess that is ok! Then the vet comes out and says they can't fix it with excuse after excuse. I hate people who make excuses instead of trying to solve a problem. Now why would you trust your pet's life to people who make errors like this and then excuses for their mistake?? You would trust them to operate on your dog?? What they did was like medical negligence for pets! And on top of it, they acted like I had NO right to be upset that they made a mistake and would not fix it! They did not even say they would try to fix it. They made zero effort, just gave excuses. They did NOT even apologize. Zero humanity out of these people! You don't treat customers/patients like that!Also, they cancelled our dogs' vaccine booster appointment for an "emergency". Ok that's fine. But then they wouldn't see our dogs for another week when they are the ones who cancelled it! I had an appointment at the same time so we couldn't do it. So then they scheduled it for another week away. Two weeks later, AFTER the time expired for their boosters, because they cancelled the appointment!! They cancelled it! NOT us! They should have made time to see our dogs the next day! Not 2 weeks later after the time expired!! How rude and unprofessional is that!Don't trust this vet office with a beloved family member's (aka pet) life.

We have used Banfield for over 10 years. All of our dogs and cat have been on the wellness plans based on their age. We have never had any problems with care or the ability to get appointments. I recommend them to all.

Staff was very attentive and you can tell they care about the pets. A woman came in with a young puppy that she found wandering on the streets. The puppy had lots of fleas and the staff helped with some treatments.

The doctors took great care of my dog Draco. Very thorough and gave us the rundown on what they did for him and even told us when his follow-up appointment was. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital.
