Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Employees seem lazy and just stand around talking to others it took 15 minutes for me to finally get someone to help me. The blonde haired lady that helped me was RUDE she seemed annoyed to be helping me. I don’t know if she was a manager or not. I WILL be taking my business to Moore Plaza from now on. So disappointed.

So I ordered 15 candles and they packed them in a paper bag. Really? I mean what idiot does that?? Made it very difficult to shop or walk around.

Vanessa was really rude. Asked questions about the app and was short an didn’t seem like she wanted to help.
But there’s an awesome guy there with a mustache (didn’t get his name) in morning shift. He was the bestttt he made everything so smooth. Even showed us how to navigate the app through his phone. He went beyond! It made all my questions answered easily with the best customer service.

I would not recommend this store, I walked in and there was no greeting from anyone. As I’m shopping around there’s a lady fixing the shelf so I asked her just to confirm what the sale was and she rudely explains it, when finished she ask if that was my only question and if I was done asking for help. I let her be and continue my journey. As I’m in line getting ready to pay, all the employees are in a little corner laughing & talking, they completely ignored me until finally a girl comes. I let her know I had rewards and she goes on telling me how they will not accept them since they already have a discount, so I asked her if there’s anything else I could use my points on and she said how her personal opinion is she won’t be using my points because it would be dumb of me to use them when they are clearly offering a discount already.
So come explain to me bath & body works, how your employee’s opinion matters more than the customers coupons? I asked her to please use my points and she refused once again. I decided not to make a big deal and just pay.. the lady next to come had points and the employee went to the floor and explained to her exactly what she qualified for, once the lady was done I did ask her what points she had and we both had the same points and coupons!!!!! The lady helping me at the register was clearly in a bad mood and was bothered she’s helping a PAYING CUSTOMER!

shoutout to Benjamin for making this experience a pleasant trip. he guided us around the store and was SUPER helpful, sold me on the room sprays! Found what I needed for a great price on Memorial Day. Great atmosphere

The first lady we contacted. Just showed us where what we wanted was .she said there is what you're looking for and walked away.
we looked at the stuff and didn't know how it worked or how to put in the air fresher. There was another lady standing close to us another worker and she left what she was stocking and explained everything to us and how to use it and also she said that what I use and last a couple of months and this is how you screw them in screw them from left to right ok left like this to right to tighten . The lady worker explained everything and went above and beyond the other worker did .I thank her very much and talk to the cashier and said now that lady is an excellent worker she explained everything to us .and the cashier said .oh yes she the best person here and helps everyone a lot .nice to know that I'll be back and look for her to help us when we shop there again .sorry that other worker didn't take the time from stocking and give the same amount of service to people that come in this business.

This is in the Palmeria Mall. Always busy but its manageable. Always fully stocked and super clean. Friendly service.

These workers are super helpful and actually love their jobs; I would too if I got the discounts that they do and smell nice fragrances for money. Lol. It’s always nice to go to this location and shop til I drop.
