  The ladies working the checkout today could use some coaching. I was checking out and their lead told them to do something then when the lead walked away they started talking bad about her and saying how they wanted to leave. They didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything during the whole checkout process

  Picking up an order of 2 candles in my wife’s stead. I was treated curtly by the staff. I had to produce the original email after showing screenshots of the order. Come on your selling candles , not clearance codes of ICBMs . Get real.

  Daniele was very rude and embarrassed me in front of the cashier and surrounding customers. My daughter and I walked in to purchase a sanitizer case. My SIL heard we would be going to BBB and she sent me a coupon. Since the coupon didn’t work with what I was trying to purchase, Daniele then proceeded to yell “we don’t allow screenshots or using others accounts”. Just yesterday I had gone in and purchased over $200 and experienced way better service. What was meant to be a fun trip to BBB for my daughter and me was ruined by Daniele’s poor attitude.

  Experience on 6/27/2025 – 5425 S. Padre Island Drive Location
  
  What a disappointing in-store experience I had while attempting to pick up an online order at your 5425 S. Padre Island Drive
  
  Upon arrival, I initially stood in a line, assuming it was designated for online order pickups. A young associate kindly informed me that online pickups had a separate line and directed me to the correct area. I moved to that line and stood behind a customer wearing a black blouse.
  
  At the time, the store manager, Criselda, was assisting another customer at her own register. Shortly afterward, an associate named April proceeded to help the customer directly in front of me. I found this surprising, as I understood April was not assisting with online order pickups. Once April completed that transaction, I approached her to provide my information. She responded, “Oh no, I am not doing pickup orders.” I noted that she had just helped the person in front of me, and she insisted that customer had been in her line—which was not true based on what I had observed.
  
  When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she claimed the transaction had been completed at her own register. However, I had clearly witnessed that she was still assisting a different customer at that time. This raises an important question: How could April have used the manager’s register if the manager was already occupied with another transaction? The explanation simply doesn’t add up.
  
  What should have been a quick and straightforward pickup turned into a frustrating experience. I left the store feeling gaslighted, disrespected, and disappointed by the lack of honesty and accountability from both staff members involved.
  
  I am sharing this feedback in the hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure a better and more respectful experience for future customers.

  The girls that work there are very friendly and helpful great smelling products as far as sprays and new items coming in. Body sprays hand soaps bar soaps hand sanitizers smell really great. They don't always have a great line of the bar soaps. They need bigger stock of bar soaps. Store is nice and roomie.
