I don't want to give this SUBSTANDARD company any more of my time (and gasoline!!! and time off work!!!) so my review will be brief. Unprofessional...they do not show up to appointments scheduled to view a home and act as if they are not to blame. Beware...use another rental company!

Ashli with Bay Area Rental Management was a Great help to my wife and I in finding a home for us to relocate from Houston to North Padre Island. She had several properties to show us , once we pick one she gave us a tour and made things easy for us to move in. Thanks Ashli!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I rented a property from them that was poorly kept, they would not respond to any call about leaking sinks and broken appliances. Not military friendly at all, they kept my deposit for no reason. Purely un-american if you ask me. STAY AWAY. Don't let them manage your property, you will regret it.
