I went in for a new debit card since mine was deactivated. I first met with a teller who informed me he would only issue me a new card if I gave him my old one. Then I met with the branch manager who was not customer service friendly and told me it was the policy that they collected the card to issue a new one and that she did not have to show me the policy. I told her my reasons why I wanted to destroy my old card and she told me do I want her to make me a new card or not in a real unprofessional manner. I told her yes but I still wanted to destroy the card myself and she said I was causing a scene in her branch that she is now refusing to make me a card and that I had to leave. I immediately left called the 1800 number and ultimately got my card issued by that branch another employee who was much better than the manager. I was on vacation out of town and have never had an issue like this anywhere but after visiting this branch this manager needs to get training. There was no need to do the extra stuff. Simply make my card and tell me have a nice day. This whole ordeal took two hours that I will never get back! I hope PNC trains their staff at this location otherwise they are going to lose a lot of customers with the way this branch handles customers money and services.

I completely understand their star rating. Unfortunately, aside from the fact that they seem to be short staffed they don't seem to have any customer service skills.As I walked it I was not even acknowledged. There was some one waiting in line ahead of me and I guess he got tired of waiting and left. Three more people lined up behind me and they did not seem to acknowledge them either or try to hurry up with their customers.I guess the supervisor finally noticed the line and asked one of the associates to sit the lady down that had 100 questions so that he could assist the rest of the customers. So as soon as she leaves and I walk up to this guy he seems to be rushing me and is completely rude! I had to ask him for an envelope to put my cash into and he just handed me the envelope he didn't even do it for me and just said, " Here, have a nice day." Just, wow!!!I definitely do not recommend this location if you want fast service or good customer service!!! First time in, Corpus Christi and I just definitely did not get a good vibe at this location!

I walked 5/9/2023 and teller said that they can only accept 3 deposits, if you have more than 3 deposits you have fill out form and leave deposits to the bank and they will process deposit at their convenience. Reason behind that they don’t have staff. When bank has to charge monthly fee and service fee we don’t get discount since you don’t give us full see due to short staff. I don’t know if I am still going to continue banking with them or look for alternatives option.

No one answers the local phone, I’ve called 5 times today and was automatically put on hold, each time the hold was more than 10 minutes. I’m only trying to find out why my international transfer was never sent.

Worst manager(s) experience I have ever had. There's so much I won't even go into about the inability to meet the customers needs and to be completely without money, help, transportation, phone, any way of accessing my accounts. Horrible. I still dont have a clear idea of what all has happened months later.

Worst customer service I have experienced. After a few minutes of conversation, you would think that you were being scammed. Use some other financial institutions. Protect yourself.

Poor first impression. Working out of town at this location. Stopped in a little before noon and there is only one very slow person working the front that keeps disappearing. Was third in line and it took 40 minutes.

I got there at 4:45 to pay my loan. Their debit card machine was having trouble and instead of trying to help me make my payment which the funds were sufficient, she told me “well it’s 5 and we are now closed” then walked me out….absolutely wild of her!!! This customer service is the kind of stuff that would come out on a Dave Chappel show:/

A $10 fee for anyone who wants to cash a check from their bank who does not have an account with them.I have two separate checks but they want to charge me $10 fee for the transaction each one I’m asking them to do one transaction so they wanna charge me $20 just to checks from their bank. Ridiculous .
