Repeated visits for both business and personal across different departments from Car Electronics to Computers. It is damn near impossible to get any service in the aisles at this store. I’ve asked multiple times before and stood waiting for over half an hour. Sitting here typing this as I again wait for assistance.
The wait times on customer service is so long that if another store has what I need, I’ll intentionally avoid BestBuy.
Edit: a lady walking by saw me standing waiting and stopped to help. But that was dumb luck. Whoever answered the call and said they’d help never came over to assist me.

Waiting 5 hours and counting for a pick up order that was advertised as “pick up in 1 hour” is ridiculous. If it’s not ready by the time you said it was, expect to have a lot more angry customers like me.

They have a Victrix Pro Controller for the PS5 145.99 label on the shelf. But Scan for $180 and wouldn't honor it. Now buying the exact same controller on Amazon for the 145.99 good job best buy

The Geek squad at this place is rude, I stood at the counter waiting at my appointment time to check in and was not greeted. A few employees walked by me, and after 10 minutes I asked one of them for assustance. She said that she guessed shed check me in and i could sit and wait. So I sat for another 30 minutes and had to approach the register again for assistance after another 20 minutes smh.

I'm going to give it an ok rating. I have recently done business, and we asked for service to assist us with some pretty pricey headphones. The person was welcoming. The time beforehand, I was purchasing a laptop for one of my managers, and not a single person assisted me. Then, 30 minutes later, a random salesperson helped me. I was not even acknowledged, buy the other guy, or was told I'll be right with you. Just the little acknowledgments help.

I bought over 2k in phones and screen protectors . One of the screen protectors had a chip and was under a lifetime warranty ,they would not honor it . Made us pay for a new one . Very poor customer service . Update,after giving this review Best Buy customer service did reach out to me and asked me what happened. After the chat conversation with I believe the name was Ravi ,the did agree that it should have been replaced for free . So they did issue me a full credit for the screen protector that we paid for .

Had an associate refuse to get me a cart to load the printer I wanted onto. They told me only carts were available. Another associate came by while I struggled and provided a cart. ....but they said they were not avaliable. I topically never complain. This made me pretty irritated, considering the printer was 700.00.

Good shopping experience. The in store scan and pay option is hit and miss. Otherwise good store that will price match other stores and even from AMAZON SHIPPED items. The items have to be exactly the same.

Management is nice and helpful. Some individuals in the Geek Squad need to understand there job is customer service. Poor attitude with some. I never post things like this. Best Buy worst service and help at times. Many employees walking around avoiding helping customers trying to spend their money if they could get some help!
