I really didn't want to give it any stars. Most of the employees were younger kids or adults. They did come around and ask if everything was OK, but when I did have a question, they were in a hurry to brush me off and get back to walking around. I saw an elderly man ask for some socks, and the first thing the younger lady asked was, "Are you going to buy the socks? Of course, the man said yes. At check out, the cashier was more helpful than the young lady did.. She took my information and is going to try to get the boots I want.

First of all why is it so hot in there?!?!?!
All employees (3 of them) were working in one boot aisle or at least standing there talking when I asked for help. We just wanted a boot on the shelf but that didn’t look beat up already but she said they come like that but they don’t cause my husband wears the same boot just replaces them once they get woren out. We said we’ll go somewhere else. She was quick to say bye and walk away. Thanks for going above and beyond for your customers. Maybe one day the store will have working a/c and staff they do they’re job.
We did get greeted walking in so that’s your one star.
